I'm a 82 Spectral Master looking for weekly Tiat party. I need 75 more Dragonkin Charm Fragments to get my Mutual Response book, but clan not able to do Tiat and hard to find a party for it in-game.

if it gets the job done does it matter that you have to play a bd for 45min every raid till you farmed the items required ? if it does give it up now as chances of finding a Tiat CC that would take a SM along are slim to none.. that applies btw to all mayor raids so incl. Frint & Freya..
try a more positive approach by advertising the good things u can add to a raid force like your Hex cube or the fact you would be willing to play BD when needed..
I wear full-S80 (Dynasty EssII, Moirai isn't that good imo) with 3x60 on all parts. Good Fire coverage meant for Tiat, Delusion etc. Fire is most used mob-attack element in L2 since C4 anyway. All other elements are covered more then decent. I currently have 200+ element on my weapon and offcourse trying to reach 300 asap. Good OE'd skill (all active/passive skills +12 for 76-, +5 for 76+). Pre-Freya debuffs from Spectral Lord landed on Tiat decreasing it's Atk.Spd/P.Atk/P.Def.
I am expierenced in doing the Tiat instance. I know what to do; when to rush, melee doors, stay behind, look for spawn devices and with my Death Spike I am easily able to assist a fellow mage in destroying it after Tiat 50%.
Got some subs, like BD, which I rarely/never play. Just because I don't have time to play/exp main and subs to certain levels or got adena to equip all to best setup. Also not expierenced as playing BD. I often forget to dance for 10min straight which is bad for any party.
