From the news post you linked to:

So you reactivate the accounts to make people come back, but they cannot actually "re-join friends and clanmates" in game unless they BUY game time? That does not make sense :D

I guess what you wanted to say is that the account will be playable from Dec 7th to Dec 15th, but after that those players would have to buy game time to keep playing. Which should be obvious. Still does not explain, though, why the OP can already post here - it's not Dec 7th yet.

Correction: if your account was reactivated but the account profile still says 'not playable' you should be able to play at this time.

Nov 24 - Dec 7 : Account reactivation. Despite the 'non-playable' message on your account, you should be able to log in to the game.

Dec 7 - 15 : Account services promotion. We will post more about this promotion as we approach that date.

Well i tired my brothers old account and it wont login. Just boots me but to login screen. Any ideas?
