Visited L2Vault and my antivirus blocked some "microkeep.com/zxwpps" as "malicious" just as I opened a page about Maestro Ishuma. Does anyone know what this is?
is a trojan senjor.
My AV detected a trojan a week ago from there. It was on my work laptop so i had to wipe it, since AVG wasn't able to get rid of it even starting in Safe Mode.

better scan your computer.
Avast said it blocked it... Scanning anyway

Elaborate please.

if he hasnt done it via PM, the short version is that this trojan infected his PC, and soon after he found himself hacked. able to see himself hacked via his wife who also plays, on a different pc and account.

and this was about 3 weeks ago.
This may have been the real culprit of the latest account hackings and not other fansites.
I'd suspect the Malware was sent to all the L2 sites, by whatever system they used to install it. If a websites security was good enough, it stayed clean. Otherwise, it got infected and passed it on. There is certainly a lot of reports of keyloggers, trojans, etc in the last few months. And certainly some websites are a lot better at staying clean than others, but I'd be surprised it that was the only one that had problems.

No, EOgamer has not been redeemed.
It has to do with advertisements coming through on the fansites.

This is why I only run ads directly through the company, rather than user-submitted.

So far there hasn't been a credible report saying we've had any malware there. Not to mention, I use the L2 section myself and I have quite strong security on and there hasn't been a single issue, nor have we been infected.
