I think you are on the wrong boards here. The so called off ru server is not here. There you can get many cool things, 100% enchant scrolls among others. While they may implement some things lik ein Korea, I doubt they will make this a private-like server.

i never said i want 100% oe scrolls. I want vit pots and pets, same stuffs they are selling in korea. koreans pay for these cool stuffs but not monthly fee. Nc west is so pathetic and could find enough players to go ftp, so I am willing to pay for both.

Koreans have 3 payment options
a) unlimited game time for a specific time period (30/60/90/180 days) which is identical to our monthly fee based game time and doesn't receive Dimensional Merchant access.
or
b) limited time game access which does include Dimensional Merchant items. What does limited time mean? 100 hours of gametime in 30 days. For example. Costs the same as a monthly non dimensional merchant subscription, but allows you to only play for 100 hours in a month. 101st hour requires a new timecard. And you get a "free" time limited ingame item (which isn't really free you 're just paying a higher price for your game access)
and finally
c) you can go play at NCSoft affiliated internet cafes, amass time (which you overpaid to play the game by paying an internet cafe for a computer) and at specific intervals (50hours for example) you gain a token to trade for a time limited in game item. Let me quantify this for you. Internet Cafes (from memory) charge roughly $3.5/hour in Korea. So you play for 50 hours in an internet cafe ($3.5*50 = $175) you get what? an account you can ONLY access from an internet cafe for $3.5/hour and a cool pet. For $175. Yay for free lineage2.
This model CANNOT work for us. That model requires 10 different timecards to be available to players. That's easy to do in a relatively small country as South Korea. That is NOT doable in North America (USA+CANADA) + Euro (what is it? 20 more countries?) ... NCSoft just doesn't have the reach or financial clout to go put 10 different timecards on retail stores all across NA and EU. Similarly, NCSoft can't go make deals with 10000 internet cafes around NA and EU so that people that login from their IPs gain tokens by again overpaying for game access.

If you think it came from that, it means i wasnt clear enough. I said those things are in the so called ruoff server which is nothing more than a private with NCSoft blessings and updated code.
I said they might implements something similar to what they have in Korea, there were plans for micropayments of some sort, but I never had details, nor a date when that would be possible, but given our level of population, "never" is the most likely answer.

If you have too much real money, give it to people who really need it, or give up your job, renounce to your salary I don't know. Whatever you feel is ethic. But using it to be better in MY computer game? Shoo!
