my question was if you guys could extend the free xfer service event cuz alot of ppl are just xfering their alts with some lowbie gear while we other ppl still cant get our ticket in to xfer our mains
or maybe make the amount of ppl xfering larger like 40 tickets every week from chronos to naia or smth .

Long story short, there is an issue with their system and they refuse to fix it. You'll need to have them override the security feature for you to make the purchase.
They will tell you to use a different browser (I've used every mainstream browser to try this), they will tell you it is your system (I've used 4 different computers running 4 different operating systems) and even when you prove them wrong they will stick with "it's your problem, not ours."
