Invite a friend back

Hello all,
I recently sent an email to a friend of mine,inviting him back to the game.The serial code has been sent to his email but my friend reactivated his account at first and now when he tries to apply the code he gets the following message:

You can't use the supplied serial code.

The supplied serial code is valid, but it can not be used to create a new account and it can not be applied to any accounts you already have.

Does this mean that we both lost the 15 days bonus?? Is there something he can do so the code will be applied?

guessing you sent him a refer a friend code (new account) instead of an invite a friend back code (reactivate inactive account)

No,I sent him a "Invite a friend back" code for sure.

Your friend was suppose to apply the code first, then activate the account to get the 15 days bonus. Because the code is for account that has been inactive for 90+ days. So if your friend activated it first, there will no longer be the status of inactive for 90+ days on that account.

yes god ****it,that's why I am wondering if there is any chance for someone from the support team to apply the code internaly...
