As you know, the 50% off account services discount runs from today to December 15, 2010. Any codes that you purchase now will remain on your account indefinitely until you choose to apply them to a character.
Over the holidays, account services will be turned off from December 16 to early in January 2011. For any account services that you would like processed before the holidays, apply the account service code and queue up your character(s) before the maintenance on December 14, 2010. Any codes applied after December 14 will be processed in January 2011.
The queue for server transfers remains at 20 for Chronos to Naia, and 30 for Naia to Chronos. All other account services do not have a queue limit.
