100Percent is a relatively new (created 2nd of June 2010) legit clan. Our rules are in my signature and they are applied 100%.
What we offer:
-Daily parties at least 2 times a day, currently 50-81 levels, but it is not hard to level to up to 50, besides we have lower random parties with subs/newbies but not so regular.
-Daily RB parties, currently RBs 72+ but there should be very soon new team for 70+ as well as for subs (new wave starting for 35+ RBs)
-Fort sieges and farming, TW farming in order for you to be self sustaining
-Full gear including C grade (full armor, SA weapon of your choice), 3 mil cash for every char that finishes academy, as well as up to A grade for your main, but ppl that fit well will get much more
-Nice friendly clan chat, helpfull ppl, advice, civil discussions (no name calling, bad language, rudeness, etc), educated and mature ppl in general.
-20+ ppl connected almost every day, we aim to reach 30 and stop there.
-Level 7 clan with most skills that apply to at least main clan. After HF update will upgrade to level 8 because less crp will be needed

Since I got a few questions about the nationality of ppl in this clan of activity levels, I will clarify it here that 100Percent is an international clan, open to any person, regardless of nationality, as long as they can speak English and fulfill some age requirements.
That being said, we have more than 5 Brazilians, 3+ French, 5+ Scandinavians (SWE, DK), 3+ UK ppl, as well as german, greek, russian, romanian, US, swiss, bulgarian, spanish, turkish, polish, latvian...
The reason I put + at numbers is that some ppl are not so active as the others, some play every day, some every 2 days, some every week, etc, only some 20 or so play almost every day, but while we have limited space, we try to give a chance to the less active but friendly ppl to some extent. More than 2 weeks without log means they lose main clan place and in a week or more of continued inactivity will be expelled, however, we do manage to make place to ppl that return, if they do. At least so far.
I will continue to clarify some aspects here based on the questions asked by ppl that join or are looking to join in our forum and in PMs, thanks for asking them there, better keep this thread clean, i will post a digest of the info needed or in need of clarifications.

If I join this clan, how long should I expect to wait before the clan leader "gives" me his account info so I can grab some stuff and leave?

And also, for some strange reason, EULA says account sharing is illegal, but apparently there is an addendum by a head gm stating the opposit (allthough you kinda have to wing it and stretch your imagination about what words mean a bit, and how they work in a sentence, but hey, if I'm being given lots of loot/gear, I can't really be bothered arguing semantics).

It appears that the attention span of the typical "active" L2 player lasts only a few seconds and they cant read fully a few sentences clear-cut post.
We need the other players that can pay attention to details and understand the meaning of things.
As such, your application is rejected, besides it hasnt been made in the right place.

Please quote me where I said, or other ppl in this forum for that matter, that this clan or their clan is perfect. To my knowledge this is the clan with the most legit rules (we dont allow leeching from bots, we dont employ bots to take castles or forts, etc) and the nicest ppl. I dont know all the clans out there, and I can be wrong, but I never said this is a perfect clan, far from it, however, this shouldnt stop us from trying.
Besides, I try to ignore spam as much as possible and Sace made a promise the thread will be kept clean of trolls but so far things dont go as planned and as such I try to reply everyone that has some point, ignoring the obvious trolls, far from bumping anything.
On the other hand, what are you doing in these threads, are you really looking for a clan ? These are for ppl looking for a clan and there is a wide choice, from "active" PvP clans restarted after leader's ban, through all the spectrum to our legit PvE clan. Since cheating is still allowed, ppl can choose on all tastes, nobody forces anyone to join any clan, they present themselves and ppl choose with a greater awareness than just shouting in mrt or giran "LFC".
Now, I have an announcement to make, perhaps this will slow down the spam rate as other clans wont feel so threatened anymore:
Due to low space availability, as well as because it is necessary to get to know the new members that joined lately, at least for the time being, recruiting is slowed down.
This means you will need either a recommendation from one of the old clan members, or to be some known nice legit player in order to join. There can be exceptions, possibly on a waiting list.
I apologise for the inconvenience, I expect this to change in 2-3 weeks, thank you for your understanding !
EDIT: This does not apply to newbies, there will be place in the academy and we will have time to study each other :)

How do you define cheating and legit?

While I dont reply seriously to trolls, you have a point here so here it goes:
1. We define cheating and legit as GMs are doing it. GMs are applying the law and we ask in case there is something unclear BEFORE doing it, unless it is something accidental and we stepped into an exploit by chance, case in which we contact GM post-factum. That being said, there is point 2.
2. In adition of what GMs define as legit and it is in general well known, we require from our ppl more, because we consider that legitimacy can be tainted by aquiring some things unlegit with bot help. I detail below.
While GMs are clear that leeching in bot party will get you a ban regardless if the bots are operated by you or a third party, they dont consider anything other than that which is aquired with bot help as not legit. For instance, many clans employ bots for taking castles, farming, etc. We dont allow any of these things, from party with bots in order to exp, to bot help in taking castles. We bluntly rejected an offer to take castle when it happened that we were signed and bots needed someone to take that castle while them not having any alt clan signed. Leveling clan with bot help will make all ppl there unlegit, in our view, whether they agreed with it or not.
That being said, the requirement is for our members to remain legit, and, if they help bots or our clan helps them in aquiring/defending castles or other things, help unlegit friends with some quests, let them leech in party for exp or for TW items/quests etc, then that is allowed as our legitimacy is not tainted.
However, while this is allowed, it is not recomended, but many bots are nice ppl and they had to cheat or join bot clans to see endgame so we understand them, it would be too much to go that far and forbid ppl to help their friends as long as they dont benefit form that situation, or the help they provide is much more than the benefit (for example, it can be argued that more ppl in party will bring more exp to everyone, however, if bot only sits and does nothing, that wont increase, but decrease overall exp legits get), just because they have the wrong tag. There are other situations when it is clear who benefits and if the bot is at receiving end, then it is allowed.
Another thing worth clarified is that any transactions int he market environment (public shop buy or sell) no matter from whom, is allowed, because, while the items we buy may be aquired illegally, or the adena used to buy our stuffs may be bought for real money, etc, our items/adena we give in return are not cheats, as such, as long as the exchange is fair at the market quoation, then it is legit in our view. This comes from RL where you cant know if the money you receive as pay for your work were in the hands of drug dealers or murderers, it is not your job to trace that, but if you get in "business" with those guys, that is another story.
I hope this answers your question. I will be thinking to reformulate it and put in our FAQ.

Note: By bot in this message or others posted by me, i mean unlegit ppl. For example, ppl in unlegit clans become unlegit by benefitting of cheated clan level and skills, party with bots, etc. They dont have to bot themselves to be unlegit, as long as they benefit from other cheaters, they become unlegit and we cant party those ppl that have an extra advantage because our party would be more powerful than it should be, as such we will get ourselves more exp than legit through killing faster overall, and this is not allowed EVEN if the guy in our party didnt cheat ever, if is part of a bot clan, then benefits from botting. It is only allowed if the bot receives more exp than gives.
And you are sure you didnt taint the clan when you "gave away/shared account"?

GMs clasify as "legitimate" ppl that share accounts, and only their opinion matters, not mine and not yours, as such we are "legit" or "legitimate" nothing tainted. The justice has spoken, live with it.
Of course, you need a legit clan to trust ppl, because GMs dont always fall for the "hacked" theory, they sometimes check the facts and see botted/bought accounts, ebaying, exploits, etc, and then you lose both the items and the account, therefore cheaters, as intrinsically unreliable ppl, cant do this and they cry legits shouldnt also. However, the ultimate chief of justice at that time has spoken, there is nothing more you can get from this dead horse, no matter how much you will beat it.

With that said, all User Agreement violations are not created equal. As was stated by several of our more regular forum users, this rule is to limit our liability for security reasons. To ban every account that has ever been accessed by more than one person would not only be impossible but it would disenfranchise many of our loyal (legitimate) customers if it was possible.
The rule for account sharing is in the User Agreement for your protection and ours.

Recruiting will be available again after last clean-up today, so, starting Tuesday we will accept applications from ppl we dont know yet, or which dont have friends in clan, i.e. everybody can apply, (we made 20+ places) if they satisfy the basic conditions (legit, nice, English at a basic level, 21+ yo, preferably 25+).
We have no class, level, gear requirements, we have parties in all level ranges, even at 40 (RB only), we provide the gear for ppl that fit in well, and at least up to A grade for everyone, important is to have a nice environment where everyone progresses and discovers the beauty of this game together with friendly, educated, nice and mature ppl.
You can apply right away, make sure you read the rules and Q&A and agree with them, however you will be able to join only Tuesday after maintenance.

mao, if you're clan is so legit how do you describe your post in my sig? just because u dont "look" at walker now means you are 110% legit? does that mean you take people who "looked at walker a long time ago" when they botted to 85/80/80/80 or whatever and since they dont now they all of a sudden become legit?
i dont see how this clan can be anywhere near legit when the clan leader account shares and admits to having used walker in the past.

There are ways script kiddies dont understand. I am sorry to tell you that you wont understand even if I would explain in detail, this is programmer's stuff, you probably believe that GMs cant check bots other than PM them, as most "active" ppl do.
You can do any campaign against legits in your quest to prove only your way is possible and nobody achieves anything without cheating, moreover, there are only cheaters in this game, you are preaching to the choir here, 90% are already convinced, the game is full of zombies "working" their way up, or paying for "fun" they will never get, no matter how much cap will be raised, how much PK penalties will be reduced and how many mergers would happen.
I dont need anyone to believe me except the ppl that matter and they know alredy the truth. We dont play the same game, we may share the same server tho, but that is all there is to it.
Go on, believe what you want, or try to convince yourself that only bots can play this game. I know that you dont believe yourself too. You may lie others, but you cant lie yourself.

In our clan there are only real players. At times bots try to get in but they are kicked in a matter of days, usually the day they start cheating, same happens with PvP ppl before they start cheating, even.
Regarding walker, it is linked to your account. It does send your account info back to get authorized. Now i know most ppl are "smart" and use walker without paying, with "crack" (what can you expect from cheaters), however, that "crack", most of the time, is collecting the account data. There are also fake bot programs, which have the sole purpose to get you to a screen where you put your account info and send it to the maker.
I have a virtual machine where I am deploying this stuff, checking with some antivirus (most DONT trigger it) put some bogus data and watch the packet flow.
That is why I pop up on the "i got hacked, give me my items/account back" threads to explain everyone how that is happening. No wonder bots hate me, they are convinced GMs dont know what they are doing, that they are smart enough to "emulate" GG and nobody can detect them, that legits happen to get warnings because their emulation wasnt good enough, etc. Guess what, fox, it aint so, GMs do know what you are doing, they just allow you to do it, but sooner or later this mud will blow up in your face, not to mention that cheating wont give you much satisfaction, you dont know how it is to be legit, you just think that "pwning" legits is all this game can offer, no wonder you drop out after a few monsth, because the game "sucks". One day even NCNA will understand that bots dont pay their wages, it is the legits in korea that do.

But, as we all know, "active" ppl are more impoirtant than the legits, therefore, they will always have their way.
It is pointless, fighting GMs and CMs wont solve anything, the game is dead anyway, but it is not us who killed it, everybody knows who is guilty for that. I see the attitudes wont change no matter what.
As such, I quit this fight, GMs and CMs will always win.
Recruiting will be done in our board and ingame only, bots and "legits" alike won this round.

There have been numerous calls for bans, the first from the ppl that took my stuff and clan and hoped that will remain unknown and then annoyed that they failed in keeping what i built while me starting from 0 with the help of other legit ppl managed to build a better thing, then from many ppl that claim they are legit while using bots either controlled by them or by other ppl to leech in party, to buff or in sieges, etc. They strongly believe that by silencing me they will suddenly become legit.
There are also calls from plain bots that admit it openly but are annoyed that thier theory about being impossible to play this game without botting and also having fun bites the dust in the face of evidence. So far, they didnt succeed, but keep trying, I have nothing to lose, NCNA doesnt care for this game, will never understand that bots dont save it, but kill it as they have been doing all the time. So, there will be another bot victory, like the so many before that brought the game where it is. I dont mind losing, it was a losing battle anyway, the bots will always dictate the policy of NCNA, they are 90% of the players here and most of the others are benefitting from bots one way or the other, so, the game is completely dead from this point of view, it is only a competition between cheaters.
We will stay away of all that, eating PKs from whoever thinks that their self-esteem will be enhanced by "warring" PvE ppl, or "punishing" them for having a spine and proving them wrong all the time, I think it has been proved in these forums, without a shadow of a doubt that nobody is ready to give up the advantages the cheating gives them in order to save the game, they are only upset others are cheating too, and will quit because others are cheating, thus the game is condemned, nothing can be done to save it, to create a real competition and incentives to go on. Soon the new and enhanced level 99 bots will roam around, there is nothing to hope for us, things can only go worse, so, I wish you good luck in banning us, we will go down fighting, this is the only option for the legits right now, the faster, the better.

Edit: This recruiting thread is over, we are recruiting only in game for some time, it has been proven that spam cant be kept out of this. The forums were in the past a place where legits voices were heard while bots had their Goha and other palces where they were trading accounts, clans and items/adena for money, things changed and will continue to change for the worse, more ppl quitting, this means we have to cater even more for the bots, otherwise they will quit. This is the deffinition of madness, doing always the same thing and expecting different results. Untill I see a real effort to ban the bots and not GMs searching the EULA together with the bots to find reasons to ban legits, I will not even visit these boards, except the news section.
