I sent the gameguard test to support and..

1 day later after I log in for 30 minutes, I get an email saying you have violated the rules and my account is suspended for 3 days? All I do is launch the launcher, it loads/updates everything, and I click play. Every time I play this is what I do. I got these warning emails from NCSoft about gameguard being disabled. Yesterday I ran the test and sent it back. Today I log in and after I log out I see an email saying my account is suspended. I have tried sending a dozen emails for an explanation but have received 0 back.

I'm assuming after I send the test in I wait for results and a response on what to do next. Instead I just get it suspended... GREAT SUPPORT!
So Sace says that you send them the information and they take the test that you sent and will help you solve your issue. Apparently they decided to just give out 3 day suspensions. Pray you don't get a Warning about your gameguard being disabled, SUSPENSION INCOMING.
No amount of emoraging here will get you un-suspended. Go greate a support request through plaync.com, PM Sace the incident number and if she can help you or just steer you in the right direction she will.
I got the suspension email over 2 hours ago. I created several different tickets and still have 0 responses. Thanks though
Support tickets are responded to within 24-48 hours. GameGuard sends about 5 other emails before the one you saw today that warn you that your installation isn't enabled, or isn't installed correctly.

Please PM me the ticket number and I'll follow its progress with you.
GameGuard sends about 5 other emails

No it doesn't.

Another user that got the 3-day ban admitted that they did see many other emails but did not respond to them or contact us about it.

Sace, is there any investigation on NCsoft's side to determine why everyone is having these gamegaurd issues?

There are people I know in RL that have gotten warnings and i know 100% (as i have been on their comp) that they aren't doing anything unlegit.

Just wondering, as it seems to be a problem.

NO...they don't look at things as if they are known issue until they get complaints from a higher authority which I'm about to take care off....

GF got one email and a 7 day ban 4 days later and she isn't even state side...her family lives in korea and she is playing with me while she is logged in from korea while visiting family for the holidays. Should she submit a support to ticket to Kim Jung IL or who at this point?

And who reads NC Soft emails at this point anyway considering they known to copy and paste un-helpful responses at this point....karma got NC down?
Yes, our hardware lab is looking into what is causing GameGuard errors (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?p=3036314#post3036314), but receiving emails about it is a different matter entirely, of GameGuard notifying you about it being disabled or installed incorrectly.

If you have received any email at all from GameGuard referring to it being installed incorrectly or disabled, you need to contact our support team. They can look at what exactly is triggering the notification, and help you repair it, or else collect information on any possible issues that it might be causing.

Oh....It's installed incorrectly now? Who told you to come up with that?
I don't know if this helps much but I had a friend that was suspended for 3 days, then after logging in for 30min she got another email saying her GameGuard was not running and was suspended for 7 days. I told her to do a full scan to see if GameGuard would be reinstalled and when she did her virus scanner popped up saying that it considered GameGuard to be malware. She changed her settings on the scanner for it and now everything seems to run fine. To check if your gameguard is running look at the taskbar where you adjust your sound, date/time. There should be an icon of an L2 elf there, if it's not there it means your GameGuard is disabled. Due note that this was tested running Vista. Hope it helps.
GameGuard is a mere joke!

sorry but you forgot to mention which anti-virus she was using
Someone in my alliance was using AVG when the same thing happened with her.

How can L2 or Gameguard be installed incorrectly when you dont even have to install Lineage 2 in order to play it ?

You can do a fresh reinstall of Windows, copy the Lineage2 folder from a backup drive back over to your hard drive, run L2 & do a file check, & bam, your done & ready to play. No install required.
I guess "installed incorrectly" = "not all of the needed files, or files of the wrong version, in the GG directory"
