So NC why i can'r renew my account that expired 24/12/2010?? ah yes u will tell me that account services can't be proceed till early january...are u ppl serious??yesterday when i tried to renew my acc it said the message: "account reactivated". But guess what..it didn't! GF NC:mad:

Account services (http://www.lineage2.com/my_account/account_services4.html) is not the same as account reactivation. You should be able to reactivate at any time. omg sace it's been 4-5 days since i renewd my account but still can't log in!! it's holidays now and i have free time to play BUT i can't thanks to nc..and u take 10 hours to reply me through support...ty for such a nice effort:/

try resetting your game login password (not your master account password).

If you're talking with the support team, what is your ticket number?

Are you getting any kind of error message when trying to log in to the game?

my tichet number is 101226-000440. and no i get the usual message "ur game time has expired" when i try to log in..and in my account status is sayin not playable:( but i had renew it:/

This happened to me and multiple people during one of the vitialities events before. I called ncsoft on the phone but it still took a while to fix it. They did however give us 20 vita pops so that part was nice =x.
