What do you mean by very high? They are actually very cheap right now. Stage 15 costs on chronos less than stage 12 used to some chronicles ago.
hmmm... i do not even want to pay 20m for lvl 12. Can I pay 2m? like what I pay for lvl 10? I mean the point of selling mid a in shop is to make them accessable to all. so what is the point keep the crystal price high? They did it to lvl 7 to 10, why can't them do it for 11 and 12? just a thought

I didn't come up with anything as a matter of fact... this was thoroughly discussed a number of times over the course of since freya went live among those that were frequently doing raid bosses with the stick intention of lvling crystals... and it was found to be FACTUALLY rare that crystals would level ..... it's siginificantly LESS then that previous to freya..
as far as the rest of your comment...... none of which appears to apply to anything else i've said here.

Judas, are you talking about RBs which actually levelled crystals before Freya or about all the new ones which indeed have only a small chance of 1 player getting a crystal to level up? Which of course is both infinitely higher chance compared to no chance at all, and not much of a help as well.

actually the number one discussion IS about the hero rift raid boss lvling crystals....... it's super rare for it to do it..
with 3 people in party or 9 people doesn't matter.... all of which have stage 12s.. the raid boss is saposed to be able to lvl them to 14 too as well as lvl stage 11 to 12 and up..
however since freya... i've only heard of 4 crystals lvling to 13 on him ... and that is from myself and numerous others that used to kill him on average about 2 or 3 times a day. Before freya.... i had bad luck sometimes... but generally i managed to rotate at least 2 stage 12's to 13 in a week when i was busy with RL..... now during the winter season where i can usually have more free time.... i've lost count on the number of times i've gone in and have personally not see a crystal level.....
the 100% crystal leveling bosses are another matter..... they always work.. haven't had a problem there..... but they aren't exactly abundant.... most of all the rb old and new are only chance.
Does sound like they did nerf the Hero Rift Raid boss, since I remember the biggest issue was not getting the boss. Usually it seemed if most people in a party had 12s someone, and sometimes several people ended up with 13s.. I even did one for someone else in clan, since the 12s were out of my price range at that time.
And you are right about the limitations on the big RBs which regularly level up crystals, and I suspect are now too busy making the crystals needed for S84 weapons to produce many for lesser weapons. At least on Chronos I have not seen sellers offering many Crystals in the 11 and 12 range.. or really the higher ranges either.
