looking for a good spot to hunt for exp sp and adena, lvl 55 destroyer in common blue wolf and best 2h common sword(cant remember name returning player lol) , anyhow any help would be appreciated. thx
If you're in common BW and have a Guardian sword at level 55, sign up for Dawn and hunt in Apostate. At 55 the mobs in the first tier rooms will still be green to you and give excellent XP, and drop Seal Stones, which is adena, and lots of it. 2-3 hours in Apo should net you something like 80k-100k GSS, that's about 500k AA if you count the reds you'll get in trace amounts. At the end of the day, after the exchange rate, you're looking at about 4 million adena a day in selling the AA to players in Giran.
if you care about exp more than adena, go hunt in seal of shilen by killing orc supply leaders. Catacomb mobs are 4x hp and kills vitality. Orc leaders are 1x hp but gives excellent exp nonetheless, and very fast kills.
To get to Apostate, port to Plains of Lizardmen out of Oren, then open map and run toward the cata, staying on road until you get close :) Some mobs on the way are high level if you run through fields and although most are non-aggro it would be certain death if you run into the aggro mobs

for god's sake, just pay dawn priest 10k aa and port there directly from oren. You make it back in cata in 2 minutes. assuming you signed dawn.

10k AA, 90k the port... that's not very contructive at lvl 55.
Vorhees, by level 60, class starts to matter. Also if solo or in a party.
Of the areas with mobs in that range, the only spots I can't recommend are Antharas Lair (only cause with ^5 it's going to be gone) and Devil's Pass, since the mobs are only there for the 1 hour out of every 4 hours, which is Game Night Time. Mobs there are all undead, and all quite nasty too. I never figured out exactly what toons might actually be able to hunt there successful, but being able to go and hunt for such a short time makes it hard to care.
For a nuker, Valley of Saints if you have some support, or are careful and have good jewelry. Otherwise, consider waiting for A grade and maybe try to get some TW jewelry with Fire resist. The fire nukers there can be deadly.
Low end mobs in Forest of the Dead are a bit higher, and also good for nuking, though I have hunted there with melee toons too. For melee definitely want good buffs/heals and good jewelry. Again the nuker mobs are dangerous. If you can avoid them though, it's not too bad.
Garden of Beasts is good for solo or small party melee, despite being listed as 67+. It can also be very crowded. Never used a nuker or archer there, but the mobs are not that hard, and I have seen those classes hunting there. Place does have a reputation though for PvP/PKing.
Also look at Forbidden Gateway, I've hunted there with melee, Kamael Arbalester and nukers, though usually as duos. If you have any advantages against undead, you can look on the hill above (east of) Devastated Castle. No pot drops there though, so it's really for duos or small parties. Some mobs there stun, and there are archers there, but I have hunted quite well with nukers. Frozen Labyrinth is also good if you go deeper.
If you can get a party, then Tower of Insolence, Necropolis of Devotion or Catacomb of Witch are all possible. If you have healer/buffers and a poler or tank you can try group mobs on Ancient Battleground.
My suggestion is, try some places and see if you can find mobs which are easy for your class and gear.

if it is in your budget get a Bgrade pole, as AoE will let save more adena becuse of less use of SS and you will xp faster.
Mmh, I was wondering the same, btw... I'm lvl 68, maj heavy 334etc, with a common tallum glaive, an elysian and a nm shield; I'm solo, no box, just me, my buffalo and the buffs. I also level a bit near blazing swamp, on tbe orcs, the big swamp slug things and the orbs, when I want quiet play... but in AB, I burn all my lvl4 vitality in like 15 minutes, and at BS, it's slow as hell (but at least there I can spoil)... any suggestion?
washtak probably has the right answer. First time I heard that it was hp. It at least makes sense. I know it's not just the exp you get. With a higher level buffer healer in the party, and using the lower level toon to do kills, both toons lose Vit at the same rate. Both will drop from Vit 4 to Vit 3 at the same mob, assuming both started maxed out. But the higher level buffer/healer will get much less exp than the lower toon.
Rhina, the lowest group mob in AB has 2 mobs which are the highest spoilable iron ore mobs in the game, that I know of. But I was spoiling with an SE on my second computer and we got killed a few times anyways. Soloing them is far from easy, though at 68, you are getting a bit high for them too. The other mobs there have no good spoils that I remember. Can't remember what I did with that spoiler after AB, but lately SE/dorf have been spoiling in WoA.
On the other hand levelling up spoilers is a win/lose proposition. You get to spoil some new stuff, maybe better stuff, but can't spoil other stuff which might have been as good or better. I consider Vit to be the Bane of Spoiler Dorfs.

Well, in fact, I manage the large groups of mobs w/o any problem, with the pet, I run out of MP when I'm still at 75%HP (I never really get under that unless another group pops on me -which happens a bit too often, I survive it, but I lose up to 3/4 of my hp in the process).
And yeah, I've noticed the spoil rate is awesome, but my maj-click-fu is weak, either I kill the rest too slowly, either I try to sweep during the fight but then I risk being stuned, and although I can easily sustain a stun or two, it makes things risky and my leveling rate is slow enough that I don't fancy deaths much... If only we had H5 and sweep festival already... ah well.
My academy toons make 600k before hitting 40. If you can't pull together 90k for a port at 55, you're doing something wrong.
Logic seems to have abandonned you. If you don't make the 90k during the 2 mins of run from Plain of Lizardmen port to Apostatle, or 30 sec between Forest of Mirror port to Witch, or 1 min between Blazing Swamp port to Disciple (etc), it's a waste!
Throwing away 1/6 of your earning is stupid.
ummm.. I said "I think" I never said that he/she was wrong... thank you for playing...
Also, source? From Koren Wiki (if I translated correctly) it is based on XP not HP.
Then the korean wiki is wrong, at least until the Freya update it's based on HP. Wikis are usually filled by anyone who wishes to... so it's not a very reliable source.
My source is the game itself, log in, try it yourself and you'll see that Im right. You can loose and gain vit points from mobs that don't give you any XP point. And you loose more vit points from mobs with x2 or x4 HP than you do from a mob with HP x1 giving both the same xp points.
So, in conclusion, to maximize the vitality, you should only kill single HP mobs, and in party with a low lvl char.
It's based on the level and XP of the mob, although the HP and XP are linked too, it's not a direct influence, sorry.
BTW the formula of vitality consumption should still stay ( ( (Exp) / (Level^2) )*100 ) / 9, even after Gracia Epilogue when the vita consumption multipliers for lvl 76+ have been removed.
