Heads Up - No OE possible on the new skills (except Resist Earth)

Fyi this came up in a discussion I've had with Elmar, this incl. new skills with a learn lvl pre 76..

There are some skills that got enchant routes. Off the top of my head, Mana Pump or whatever it's called for the Soul Breaker has an enchant route to increase maximum mp.

is that a new H5 skill as that would be weird judging from what I've heard ?

Well yes it's a new skill in High 5 for Soul Breakers because basically NC Soft Korea are morons but anyway...

It might have not been considered by 'your source' since it's more or less the same skill as Boost Mana or w/e it's called on some of the robe users.

You are right, Mana Pump does indeed have a an overenchant possibility to increase maximum MP:

i am just curious why so many want to enchant burning chop with fire... cuz my wc's burn chop does next to 0 damage. you oe it, probably it will still do 0 damage. it is probably better than way, cuz burning chop's main job is to trigger GF, and you may need to use it by hitting a clannie...
