Collector's Experience: The requirements for using this skill now include Sword equipment. Additionally, Collector's Fortune activates when using Crushing Strike.

The icons for Collector’s Experience and Collector's Fortune have been changed.

What is Collector's Fortune? oO never seen that skill...
this is most likely a mistranslation, as I'm almost sure it is referring to the change of spoil crush skill which previously required a blunt weapon and now will be expanded to use with a sword or blunt, the second part I'm not sure about, I know dwarfs have a blunt trigger skill at the moment but as far as I know this is not changing, but who knows, we will need official patch notes and then we will have to test this out for ourselves as there are often skilll mistranslations in our patch notes, or descriptions which are not fully explained...
I would guess Collector's fortune is a misstranslation of Collector's Experience.
I think it means the passive skill Collectors Experience which at the moment only works with blunts will be modified so that you will also get the p.atk bonus when using swords.
I dunno what collectors fortune is, maybe its a new trigger skill that will increase spoil chance or something?
Sace, any info about that?
I checked korean website with google translation, and i have the same translation that is in the patch note

We are getting 3 patches rolled into a single update. The reason why you cant find the skill is that it was added on Hi5.1 or Hi5.2 and later modified on Hi5.2 or Hi5.3

The patch notes we got are an amalgam of all three patch notes into one.

it could be but :

is from Hi5 part 1, and

is from Hi5 part 2

and even in BH/FS skills on korean website (which is up-to-date) there is no Collector's Fortune skill (컬ë*‰í„°ìФ 포츈)
Most likely Collector's Fortune is the name of trigger effect from Collector's Experience passive skill.
Additionally, Collector's Fortune activates when using Crushing Strike.
Passive skill cannot be "activated" at all. It's either working or not (if you don't meet requirements). Additionally, passive cannot be activated by using active skill - it doesn't make sense for L2 game mechanics. At best it can be "activated" if you have equipped, for example, light armor for Light Armor Mastery bonus.

That's why you cannot find it in the skills list. It's not a skill, it's skills trigger effect. Like Dagger Mastery pops up after critical hit, when Dagger Mastery user hitting with dagger.
