Depends on price at NPC store. Anyway will they be tradable? Maybe it will be item for collectors (like core ring) :D

ok, but why they dont do it during a downtime? they just let ppl take hero, take weapon and during a downtime they remove all hero weapon and let hero being able to retake them.
Granted it would have been better to do a release on the 1st of the month, but since it seems that NCNA was not able to make the Feb 1st deadline they pushed it to the 15/16th vs having us wait until March 1st.
Two weeks without Hero will not kill anyone considering that we will not have to wait 4 weeks for the update.

its pretty bad change and medals can be added over night
IMO, if they wanted to nerf polearms, they should make classes with no polearm masteries only hit 2 mobs at once, in which case you would be better off hitting with your main weapon again (that you have masteries for).
In Freya they didn't nerf non-polearm-mastery-classes from six to three mobs ...
Pre-Freya everyone warned about how ele changes would make it near impossible to pole, but everyone still does just fine. Also, iirc it's going from 5 to 3, not 6 to 3 for non-mastery toons.

Just wondering now, since Oly is being changed including the amount of tokens gained for competing and the amount of matches needed (9-15) will we need to do 15 matches during january to get our tokens when oly is back up, or will it still give us what we earned during freya as we got them in freya. In Freya you only need 9 matches and get 20,35,55,80k etc tokens but in High Five need 15 matches to get tokens and get different amounts.

The fact that "Olympiad services will be temporarily unavailable from February 1 to February 15" implies that also tokens cannot be claimed ? Or we can do it but you are recommending (for obvious reasons) to refrain from doing it ?
If we don't claim January tokens (either by choice or due to changes) at Feb 1st can we do it at Feb 16 ? If the answer is yes, how many matches will we need in case H5 is applied ? 9 or 15 ?
It's very simple. You will be able to take your rewards only AFTER H5.
In H5 you need 15 matches to get rewards or /olympiadstat should show that you have done 15 matches.
If it will be showing <15 you won't get rewards since new system requires 15 or more matches.

Well clanmate confirmed that on RU servers(H5 went live 28th of December 3 days b4 new month) players who did 9 matches were able to receive awards.

olympiad tokens have to stay no matter what...
there are tons of people who deactivated their account for a while.. and have tons of tokens in their chars!!!
Nice to see some proactive checking on Oly Tokens. And that I don't need to do more Oly matches this month, and can do more useful stuff instead. February will be interesting though with needing to do 15 matches on each toon in 1/2 month!!
Question: Will we start in Mid February with only 10 Noble points or will we have the extra ones (should be 20 extras) we will be getting every week if we hadn't started Oly until the 15th? If we only get 20 points to use in February, a lot of us might have trouble getting 15 matches done, and probably will not get a chance on some of the new Oly Quests until in March.

Remember if the only is changing to all the H5 updates then it'll be easier to get ur 15 IF YOU ACTUALLY FIGHT. U will be matched against people similiar to ur point lvls so people should try and fight with there buff pets rather then log. Who knows u might have fun

SayntLucifer Oh I do have fun at Oly.. out of my 45 fights in January, there were 2 good fights. I lost 1 and won 1..
The best thing though about Oly is that once I have done my required fights, I can go back to doing interesting stuff. Oly is the bottom of my list of fun stuff to do, and I only do it because I get paid. I certainly don't do more than the minimum number of fights.
In February, I'll test it out with one of my wimpy buffer/healer toons. If I can get 15 fights, I'll do Oly. Otherwise, I'll skip to March. I'm only spending time there for the Oly Tokens.. exp, SP and drops in Oly are terrible.
Also, if we are only going into Oly with 20 Noble points for the month, so are all the Heroes and enforcers. I realize by the second week they will be probably in a higher Noble point category.. but that still doesn't guarantee wins. Plus, there are other people like Smittie, who has too many noble toons, who just don't bother to fight there at all. If they find they can only get 11 or 12 matches, they will not be there either. What will be left is the players and clans who want Heroes in March.
They said they would test if oly manager will give the tokens after 15.
Personally ? I dont think so. The changes are too deep and too many things can go wrong. I think they will ask us to claim tokens before 15, but advise not to spend them. Making a script to automatically transfer them into our chars is probably too much of a trouble given past experience, but I smell a lot of tears coming out in the future.
This is a disaster waiting to happen, they will need our help and understanding, so make sure you check out this thread often and follow instructions.

If you read the notes you going to lose tokens if you are high in points 80k-75 and will get more if you have few points 20k->30k. So I think its better to go get your tokens now if you are expecting 80k tokens or more.

An interesting question some people are almost asking!!
Will those who wait for High Five live get the numbers of Tokens they earned based on Freya rules, or High Five rules?? Freya 9 matches minimum points = 20,000 Tokens. High Five when live for 1 times, 9 matches minimum points = 30,000 Tokens??? or 20,000 Tokens??
After High Five live, you will need to do 15 matches and will get Tokens by High Five rules, so that should not be problem.. just the number you get for the matches done in January might be better or worse depending which rules you get paid in.
Not that it matters to me.. But which advice are you talking about from Sace, MYSTERica? I must have missed that post. One problem with using the Forums to give important news to players is that 90% of material here is of no value to any one player.
