Error in Account Services

I want use account services - name change and i receive error:

"An error has occurred. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If this problem persists, please contact [email protected]"

I try this from 2 days.
Whats wrong?

The error could have been caused by lots of different things. Getting the same problem now today during the entire day while trying to do a namechange for my mainchar :/
Tried on two different computers with different browsers on each also.

My ticket was closed.

I purchase another 2 months prepaid and service name change was buy.
So... or they fixed the problem or something was wrong with infos u wrote or with account.
Hard to tell.
Try again.
