Edit: Checked patch notes and yes, you are correct.

I guess he could always buy an infernal master and oe it himself cheaper than 110m.

At least patch notes don't say nothing about it. I heard that at h5 part 5 they will sell them at luxury but since we have no more resources about upcomming changes...

That depends on the character's luck. You can spend 1bil and still couldn't get a +8 IM :p But you will get a lot of A crys for sure XD

My luck on OE weapons stops at C grade heheheh.

Or I guess one could use a regular +0 IM and do almost as good, or atleast good enough to get to S grade.
