are those scolls regular drops in the next update - for example Protection of Element from Tanta Lizardmen Warriors- or am i completly wrong? ^^

whats the website for the korean wiki?

I would say the links are messed up. if you click on the actual book icon on the drop list, it shows all mobs/bosses/quest/auction from which you can get the book. it does not list the FoW/FoS/or lizardman mobs. the individual mobs dropsheet show it as a potential drop but its clearly not all linked up properly.

* Protection of Elemental: Plains of the Lizardmen, Sel Mahum Training Grounds, Wild Beast Reserve, Fields of Silence/Whispers
* Protection of Alignment: Plains of the Lizardmen, Sel Mahum Training Grounds, Fields of Silence/Whispers
* Fighter's Will: Sel Mahum Training Grounds, Wild Beast Reserve
* Archer's Will: Plains of the Lizardmen
* Magician's Will: Fields of Silence/Whispers
* Deflect Magic, Anti-Magic Armor, Sixth Sense, Expose Weak Point, Hide, Dual Dagger Mastery, Silent Mind, Seven Arrow, Final Secret, Enlightenment - Wizard/Healer, Servitor Barrier, Excessive Loyalty, Mutual Response, Meteor, Starfall, Turn Stone: Monestary of Silence

well on PTS, I got bored and did some stuff in sel mahum, took 30mins to get a protection of element book, so probably on live, it might take 6-8hrs of farming, maybe. just a rough a estimate.

The make pp enchant their skills to +15/+30 and make them regret it in GoD ! :D

You still get to use them for at least a year; plus you never know what will happen to which skill when GoD goes to pts estimated in mid-March.
