You should know two important things:
_ First, there are two distinct types of "Critical hit":
Magic critical hit, and Physic critical hit. Some buff will increase the physic critical rate only (such as "Focus", "Song of Hunter") whereas other ones will only increase the magic critical rate ("Wild Magic", "Dance of Siren" for exemple). When a buff increases the magic critical rate, it's always stated in it's description.
_ Secondly, only the physical critical rate is displayed in your status window. The only way to know your own magic critical rate, is to calculate it by yourself :P (the maximum you can reach being 20%).
