I download the latest client from Fileplanet.....That didnt take to long due to my internet, but now that I have installed the game how long will the patch take?
On a better note I am coming back to try the game again.
High Five hits tomorrow and that will be a pretty huge update, so dunno if you grabbed that client or the current one. If you got the current and are patching, then be prepared it will need run a huge update tomorrow again as well.
The patching takes awhile as speed/bandwidth is limited on server end. You might find it quicker to grab the High Five PTS client, get it going so can login to the PTS ok. Then once High Five is out (after the tuesday maintenance) simply drop in the PTSToLive conversion file, this doesnt take long at all to update/patch.
Yah it sped up quite a bit and I got back playing sooner than I thought...To only see 2 servers left though sucks, but I guess that is a good thing as well..
Now to either level a new character or play one of my mid lvl chars lol
You should play a mid level char to get to the new content sooner! Welcome back Cripster. If you have any 4x chars and are on in ~6hrs I'm going to be attempting Kama 43.. we failed at the last attempt because we didn't have enough stuns/silence to stop the mobs from healing :(.
