What happened to tradeable oly books?

Here (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=213199) It says about the Grand Olympiad changes:
Forgotten Books bought from the Olympiad Manager can now be traded. The cost for Forgotten Books has been changed:
Before: 52,000 Olympiad tokens + 1950 Fame points + 12,000,000 adena.
Now: 52,000 Olympiad tokens + 800 Fame points + 12,000,000 adena.

This doesn't show in the Final patch notes (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=213515), some clannies were counting on that for today (getting books for the buffers that don't do oly), is this not going to happen at all or we may get it at a later update?

Those were the preliminary patch notes of the High Five part 4 that Korea had at that time. (Note the disclaimer that things can change between those notes and our final notes.) After Korea launched their part 4, they had a patch (not a full update) later on that changed some more things in the game. We will get that same patch later on as well, and it will include the tradable Olympiad books.
