Dynasty armor + cloaks in High Five

Just in case anybody wondered what will happen if you have a dynasty set, which is now S grade and can be worn at 76, and try to use a cloak.

The Dynasty set itself still says:

(note the "above Dynasty level" - oh, and the "exchnaged" typo :D)

So what happens if you try to use a cloak, since the two descriptions are contradictory?

So you can still wear a cloak together with a Dynasty set, but unless you are lvl 80+, the cloak will give you an armor grade penalty.

well the cloak is not part of the set at all, so it seems normal to me.

Yup, but there were fears that you would not be able to wear a cloak *at all* anymore together with Dynasty, and that Moirai would be the first set which would allow you to equip a cloak. Which is not the case.
