Please NC can your site stop blocking my VISA cards.
Now I can't reactivate my account anymore. This is the 3rd VISA card you block from me and everytime I ask whats up you just say the VISA has been blocked becuse of fraud suspicion.
And before your downtime on the account service I couldent even buy sub class change becuse then there allways was an error.
I cant use transfer codes from Chronos to Naia becuse its allways full.

If this has happened to you with 3 different cards, did you ever stop to think the error was in the info you entered? You could be getting some of the billing info wrong, even the billing address. They could even have a cross checking system to make sure certain cards aren't used with multiple addresses.

Starting to buying Timecards it seems to work better, so no more emorage.
the problem started when I activated a friends account with my VISA card and then everything got screwed.
I really hope they plan to fix so I can buy sub to main when the downtime is done.

Have you tried sending in a ticket? Support may be able to help you with this issue. Glad you found a workaround though :).
You can't even activate more than 2 or 3 game accounts with one bank account because it will tell you that this account has been used with too many game accounts ... how stupid is that by the way?
If I want to have 10 accounts and want to pay for 10 accounts with my single bank account then what's the problem?
1) Paypal can't be used for EU accounts
2) I stopped using VISA on NCSoft site, since my Bank told me that they had reports of VISA info being abused there.
3) Timecards FTW.. I buy them at a local shop.. and I save about 2€ per month.

yea sent them a ticket when it happend the first time, and they just said Its becuse I used it for my friends account and then I couldent use it for my own 3 accounts anymore. And this was not something they could change or set back.
But as I lost my VISA card last time I was drunk I got a new one and after one time I cant use that one anymore.
It is also writtrn in the support articles that you may use one card for max 3/4 accounts, if you are over this limit, you have to use other way to pay for your account.
Cards are usually valid for 2 years, so sooner or later you will get a new card which can be used again on 3/4 accounts.
My bank typically gives me the same card back, with an extended expiration and new cc code. I have to actually request my replacement have a new number for them to change it.
I never understood this restriction.... not sure why it matters if I pay for 1 account or 10 with a single CC but I have used timecards for a long while now.
