Can someone explain something to me? Why do we get in the new birthday gift package a cake hat and then also be asked if you want to turn in your explorer hat for a birthday hat. I did this thinking it would be something different than the one I got in the intitial package. So now I have two hats of the same type and neither can be exchanged or sold. Why? Why do you want players to turn in their explorer hats? Is their an exploit of some weird kind with them? If you want me to turn in the explorer give me something different.
