goto newbie guide and do quests he tells you to, you will be 20 in an hour, newbie guide also gives newbie buffs when you are lvl 6 until 75, which is the essential buffs, just no might or focus/dw
lvling to 75 is like lvling to 25 in prelude/c1
edit: and you can start 1st class change at 18 now and you can do a 5 minute quest to do 2nd class change but it costs 3mil. Noble can be rewarded by doing territory wars and collecting 100 badges of same type, no more camping bosses to do your subclass quest cause this noble skip quest gives you subclass ability too.

getting a noble status is still a pain. 100 badges usually means 6 weeks with clan support. But a heck a lot easier than before, you just need to sit and wait, no more running around raiding.

getting noble was alot more of a pain before
1. do subclass quest which took 6 weeks on its own sometimes. camping 4 bosses!!!!
2. lvl a sublcass to 75 which took months
3. do noble quest, which wasnt too bad, just 1 boss to camp but you need last hit on boss.
I would say 3 territory wars of about 30 minutes work for each territory war is alot easier. Just .5 hours work every 2 weeks. Simple
