If you killed in non-pvp area you have pk - normal.

Other fortresses participate in TW and others do not.
You must be owning a useless fortress :)

And there is a Siege Zone...right? Right? If there is...its a bug... If there is not - read Siege Laws.

I was killing outside of siege zone and I wasn't pk. It is changed long ago, so now sometimes hard to leave town.

If both are signed up in TW can you kill everywhere. It doesnt count as pk , and counts for the TW quests. Outside the TW zones will the killed player lose xp. Its GOOOOD :D
