But in all seriousness I actually wanted to say thanks to the work of two particular GM's I do think Pommo and Sace have the best interested of the community when they do their work. I understand that this is a job for you and a pass time for us. Most of the responses I get especially from Pommo are always helpful and mindful and productive. So in all this mess that as we all know is not directly your fault, you must understand that you are the face of NC for us. You are the first line between the players and the company and if you agree or disagree with what you are doing I at least understand that this is your job, and I hope you do understand that my, and hopefully the majority of players, frustrations are with the company not with the GM's themselves but you do represent the company and unfortunately take our wrath.
In all honesty I do appreciate your work and hope you continue to do your jobs well. For without some of the honest efforts we get through communication with you the game is enjoyable. You are an asset to NC and to the community whether that is realized or not.
GL with the current situation and thanks for helping those whom you have and will continue to help, just not through this and prior situations but for the situations we will all be forced into within the future.
Sace and Moxie are one of the better CM/Assoc Producers (sorry if I got your title wrong) we had.
Also, Pommo is a great GM (one of the best only second to Spam - love/hate Spam at least he was honest in his responses) he or she (I believe "he") tells it like it is and in my experience tells you when you are being dumb.
HGMWill - have not had the pleasure/displeasure of dealing with him so .. no comment.
90% of the Level 1 GM's can DIAF and need to relearn which "F" key to hit to respond to GM petitions.

With respect's to the what key ("F" key) it should rely on more game time experience than just CTRL-C CTRL-V imho.

He also has a great sense of humor. A while back I petitioned re: mobs being unreachable, even by the classes with the greatest range. He responded with something along the lines of "How dare they! They shall be smoted and asked very nicely not to do it again."
When I see Pommo come up in a ticket, I generally expect good things.
