nc should really remove all that npc selling c, b + a grade, it ruined whole economy and new players have like no chance to get a hole in the market to sell something of worth.
even ancient adena is easier to get at npc than in catas now ....
and all that little SCAM SHOPS ...(u may call it "buy" shops), i sell everything to npc before i give 1 piece to that little greedy guys ;)
there is nothing todo now till 84 except leveling ><
before u made good money with e.g. PL boots , tallum + dc and so on .
i would vote for removing that npc´s tbh ...
p.s.: at least NC should change all the loot tables .. give us $$$ instead of useless things now ;)
atm Giran and one more town (don't remember which) even don't set manor and gives seeds for sell. In innardil prices of seeds are really funny (more than 2k for seed), I don't know prices of seeds in oren now but they was for 10k per seed not so long time ago. I don't know - too lazy clan leaders to set manor or don't know how to set it? And of course after 20.00 in 1, 2 seconds all fruits and seeds are going to manorbots but it's known problem from years... Fortunately I have sometimes chance to buy some seeds (ofc don't counting on top :P)
And those dwarves (with buying mats) who hunts morons that thinks they sell them their matses for lower price than in NPC... wtf? :confused:
Also I see icarus weapons prices - +3 ica 300 wind 750 kk and near next +3 ica 300 dark for 100kk more (I though that dark stones/crys are cheaper than wind :P but nvm)
BEWSes price - 75 kk or no one will buy for more (many of them are from event)
Many items lies in shops from months cause ppl just don't have ways to earn adena after H5 (GSS, AA) and some events.. :cool:
Fact is that there is no market below dynasty items and stones/crystals. Putting A grade items in shops was stupid imho. Destroying crafting prior to s grade resulted in rediculusly cheap items prior to 76 and hugely expensive items beyond that.

nooo.. even S80 items got at least twice cheaper.. clean ICarus weapons was 500-600kk before.. now u can find for 100kk approximately... I have seen ICarus hand clean for 80kk in aden 2 days ago:D:D:D
1) They're max geared and max leveled
2) Adena Prices Skyrocketted since many trains got hit

This is the main reason,no matter how low prices people are selling,players cant find money to buy anything.
All other things like a grade in stores(yes players were making some money by selling their old gear),making dynasty s grade(elliminating this way s gear from game that was the basic source of income with varka/ketra q for so many players for years/lowering so much dynasty price that all drops/spoils from 80+ are worthless) ect. are valid reasons,but the bitter truth is L2 hasnt fuction ever without adenasellers.
Chronos has similar problems. The drop of prices is caused by a major lack in adena from both legal (market) and illegal (RMT) sources. I believe there are several reasons for this lack of adena:
-RMT adena skyrocketed due to a number of old players coming back for high 5 (many used RMT to reequip themselves)
-Adena made by use of farming parties from RMT companies and players alike, were seriously hurt due to recent NC enforcing their polices against ilegal program users.
-The availability of A-grade items from Luxury shop with adena
-The degredation of crystal market, since they are not required any more for either purchasing weapons from Luxury shop or from summoners.
-The lowering of Dynasty from S-80 to normal S.
All these contributed in the steep drop of adena circulating the market and made prices become really low. People simply don't have the adena to buy things.
Are you serious ? Now a new player can buy an a grade armor set and a weapon with 30 m ! Before he/she needed 150 m + !This is a good think for new players! I bought my dyn heavy set 800 m and now its price is 200-250 m! But IT MADE ITS WORK! so i lose from price but i use the item! In time i used the item i made moneY! THE MARKET IS NO DESTROYED! IT CHANGED! no point for c ,b,a ,s sell... Just dyn icar vesper etc!Just change your stule ! Farm stones and you can make at least 5 m a day!
Yeah.. but nobody is buying weapons/gear from other players. Look at the amount of shops there are in Giran and Aden. Most stuff is A Grade.. and even if people want to sell for a fair price.. they can't.. so they have to drop the prices to absurd values, in order to at least make some money back.
The only part of the market that isn't dead is the Stone/EAS/EWS/S84 areas.
I love the current market. Everything is cheap, you can make a lot of money by selling attribute stones and crystals. Also there is plenty of high level quests for dynasty and S80 stuff.

There is quests and drops like no tomorrow. Stones and crystals can be farmed almost everywhere now. That doesn't mean the economy is bad. Now, you sell for little but you also buy for little. It's not a bad thing. However, I do agree that there should be more opportunities for pre-78 lvl toons to get by. Some hunt/collect quests with Adena rewards would be cool so that new people are actually able to buy the A grade stuff from the npc store.

Only if you are a solo pve player that hunts in easy spots with minimum gear.
Attribute stones and crystals you can make by playing as a legit player need to be saved all for your toon,3X60 in armor,300 in weapon is the minimum for every player and since vitality events continue everyone gets from 80 to 82 and from 82 to 84 not in 1 year but in 2 months,that means put other attribute to dynasty get,other to icarus other to vesper..........no attribute stones left to sell.In fact,3X60 attribute system is also responsible for making players poor.
The only way to make money is to play a support that act like a box,only for buffs/dances ect..but there is not enough time for you to play like this untill you make enough adena to raise after your main and gear him,game is over.
The high lvl q for dynasty and s 80 stuff,are worthless since freya,people search for ready items with attribute since their prices are a lot cheaper than the item you need to craft and buy attribute stones for.

yeah how nice a grade gear for 20kk.. but where im suposed to get those 20kk? im level 50 right now and i can't upgrade my d juwe becaz i have just the adena for css...
I'm actually a new player, playing it for like 2-3 weeks now (level 51 atm) and I also saw the drop in prices in custom shops.
As mentioned before there is little to do when leveling through Lineage 2, only thing I'm doing is grinding. And the money drops are so low I can't even buy decent gear for myself (even in shops, except for common gear). But players who sell gear are mostly overpriced, players just buy gear at shops.
Face the fact that the majority of adena is generated by people selling to NPC. I sell all parts B-Moirai/Icarus to NPC, Crystals D/C, certain materials (Metallic Fiber, Thons stuff like that) and to be honest, I'm forcing myself NOT to sell Vesper Recipes to NPC. Vesper crafters only need the hard to get parts Helm/Circlet/Leggings/Gaiters/Stockings because all other parts are easily spoiled in MoS/DV. Those parts only come form drop. People sell for 1m, buyers at 200-300k. In the end crafting is more expensive then waiting till some constant loots it from Zaken/Frintezza/Freya/Tiat or any Dragon Valley raid and push it onto the market.
There are 3 markets alive:
- AA/Gemstones (S/A)
- Nobless Enchancement Stones
- Elemental Stone/Crystals
The last two are controlled by farmers and end-game players because they can easily obtain them, other players struggle to keep their adena stacks healthy.
I hope Korean Dev's notice this and fix it in Goddess of Destruction.
