rapid fire

2 questions,

1 with the dmg based on range change do you do max-range dmg with rapid fire at the decreased range

2 the skill says decrease range 1/2, but some fan sites list it as decrease range to 600... if you get ++ range from subclass skill or dorf buff, does it increase your range with rapid fire on, or only when the buff is off?

If you have long shot from the subclass you will have a range increase, even with rapid fire up, it will be almost if you didn't had the rapid fire up before the long shot up (did i make myself understandable??)
