What's next? Charge us a 5$ fee every time we log into the game? Merge PTS, Naia and Chronos into one server? Implement 1 character per account (not 1 per server) limit? 1 game client per IP?

You un-ban banned players that botted their ***** off and clearly violated the EULA, but when it comes to sorting out the mess you created with the master account you basically tell us to bend over.

If it's true then it's not the 1st time they have done it and it will certainly not be the last time. They think with their pockets and not with the thing between their ears (no not their nose).

The lack of comment from Sace, Moxie or Will pretty much confirms that they are allowing the practice, just not advertising it. Now the cat is out of the bag and they are trying to figure out how to respond to a potential flood of unbanning petitions. If you had a banned account(s) it would be foolish to not send in a petition at this point.
Totally dissaprove unbans from cheaters, they really need to focus on another way to get more people ingame like :

I can confirm that baned ppl are back. Yesterday was a shout in town that ..... got restored. Saw him lil later sitting in Aden. Also talked with a old friend and he told me that this char is back.

It's craptastic that not only did they get unbanned, but their accounts, warehouse and clan warehouses didn't get a complete items wipe.

Not that they care to play game again (very few might though), it's about thousands of $$ just waiting to be taken.

McLaren aka the leader of X got banned for RMT. He was selling clan adena from his alt but was dumb and had same e-mail on both accounts. RMT violators get unban too?
Oh and if NCSoft can un-ban the ones that got perma banned for botting, RMT and other stuff that violates the EULA then they surely can give me my access back to an account that a friend gave me 4-5 years ago when he quit playing L2.

I don't know. I'm getting automated responses with copy&paste of the EULA after asking to get my account back and no response when I copy&pasted every point in the EULA and TOS that they are violating by un-banning all those accounts.

A: For banned accounts before last November, 10 please contact support.

A: If you account is closed and your bot train accounts are banned before November, 10 please mail the account details to our support team and within 24 hours you can log in your accounts, also you can take the benefit from the warehouses NPC and get a full welcome back shadow bonus pack.

A: Do all RMT out of the game, we have many workers caring about banned accounts daily, we also are working hard to screw all market prices and every player economy to give some advantage to the banned accounts players.

Update: Rest assured that we are taking this matter very seriously and we recognized that we do owe you an explanation. Currently we are discussing this matter intensively.
