I tried to purchase a service but I got an error and NCSoft support told me that something in my browser or my PC is blocking their site. Also I have been taken by someone who try to pay in a fraudulent way: I have triggered their security system! My informatic knowledge is not enough to understand what is happening so I need your help: someone knows what can be wrong? I cant pay additional time, I cant buy from store ...I cant purchase a service :(
www.help.ncsoft.com (http://www.help.ncsoft.com) - create help account, log, click "ask a question" and write a petition there. They will assist you with your problem.
I already did it Ardrea but thanks a lot. No help just they said what I did seems like a fraudulent use of a CC :(
I know that for some people they have been lowering security level and allowed to pay for service as an exception. Tell them your CC is fine, I think you can prove it someway.
