There were the plans to run the PTS at the end of March, but these were at the early stages of development. There is no PTS so far nor the info about the date.
yes but that's for live event not PTS...

The Korean PTS for Goddess of Destruction is not starting today. The development team had an event over the weekend to share some GoD play time with some players and media, which is why more news about the update has been circulating recently. However, the PTS information has not yet been released. Hope this helps! :)
Players have become more adept to going to outside online sources (korean and russian fansites primarily) out of necessity since this website steadfastly refuses to update its library or to provide good translations of the information that NCsoft Korea has been constantly leaking out requarding the next update.
I understand that you dont want to publish something that may change in the future. But in all honestly, not posting the info you have only breeds more confusion and animosity. I have to believe that at some level, the GoD stuff that is being shown at shows and events is being passed around in your headquarters. Please have a discussion with your bosses on creating a page or post that properly translate the stuff everyone is already seeing on other fansites.

By luring players from the official servers they contribute heavily to the deficit of 13,691,000,000 Won (13 million US Dollars) that NC Interactive aka NCWest has run up in 2010.

I pointed that out before and Sace edited my post and the one from Varcan that I had quoted so no NC doesn't allow such links or even mentioning it..
Ignorance is bliz just give the poster of such information a warning or temp ban, perma ban of any kind for a first offense is kind of harsh imo. 2nd time should result in forum ban though as that's just Darwin Award material.
To be clear, it is indeed against the forum rules (http://boards.lineage2.com/announcement.php?f=137) to post references or links to website that contain info on private servers, third-party programs or game mods, which are all against the User Agreement.
This is actually in the works. We hope to have something along these lines up in the next few days. :)

Wow, you guys have been saying it was in the works for months but i always thought it was one of those "Soon" things. The idea of in a few days is pretty well epic...
technically going back through ALL the community managers..
it's been in the works for YEARS...... yet aside from a few modifications..... and one major forum upgrade which i am in love with and orginally suggested almost 2+ years prior to it happening..... and some other changes both good and bad... but relatively unnoticeable... One of which is noticeable which is the removal of the 3 server statuses on the front page...
Until i see some heavy changes occur which basically cover the entire expanse of the library, enough to make rochand's website look like childs play in terms of accuracy and other features.... lets say the inclusion of being able to BUILD your character or even "login" to your character and start throwing the libraries worth of gear on to see what it looks like.. and how it will impact your characters statuses... INCLUDING penalties (which should be a check mark box so that you could see what would happen without penalties)
stuff like that.. some of it really necessary.. some of it not so much but would make lineage II at least seem somewhat alive.
I believe Moxie's comment was directed towards a published page of GoD notes rather than the library knowledge base being updated.

L2calc is up to date now, old site which include it are outdated :P
