The NCsoft seems made a contract with a famous Korean pop girl group to help promote the new Lineage 2 expansion, they gave concert on the high five party too what was about 2 weeks ago. The group name is "Secret".

Is that korean with some English in it or just very bad English?
It's the same as every other non-English synthetic pop band put together based on looks of its member alone. They sing in their mother language (Korean in this case) with some "catch phrases" and words in English.
also Korean pop bands like these usually tune recordings... they completely suck at live performances... they even sometimes lip-sync for their 'live' performances...

Yeah it's a group with 8 or 9 girls in it. But (kinda racist comment here) most of Korean girls look the same for me xD

Lol all pop bands arround the world are like that, and most don't have hot asians to compensate.

Well, at usually they start the promotion here after the Korean release. Until this time we only will get some informations and the NCsoft will give some informations to the mmosites or magazines too.
Maybe you heard, that something will happen on 28th of April, I think with this day will start the promotion and marketing on the western market.
But unlike Lee Kyung-eun aka Harisu, the singer/actress/model with the microphones in her face, who is an old L2 player, the girls from Secret are not known to be even remotely connected to Lineage 2. They fall into the category "eye candy".
And that's where it gets serious. Their function at the GoD party was to distract from the fact that apart from Talking Island there were no monsters to be seen in Chief Developer Han's demonstration, just a few Bosses. That means they are still very far from a PTS and the statement about them being hard at work balancing PvP vs. PvE was just an excuse. In the "table of contents" at the bottom of the GoD articles in the Powerbook Wikipedia there was originally information about the level of the various hunting grounds. Not she, it is he. This person is originally a Chinese man, but in Korea he got any operation and he got a woman body (I read it in wikipedia).
I think honestly nobody could say it, that he is a man and he is 35 years old:).

I do agree that NC West needs to do a little marketing. Granted the game is far from new now but if it were not for a new co worker I would of never heard of Lineage 2 and never would of started playing a week ago.
