:eek: omg...i reactiveade my sons account only to find two servers now....and only two of his Devianne toons are on there...Devianne was his main server... the toons that are missing had LOTS of A grade stuff several A grade weapons all +8 full set of majastic and nightmare +6 and all top A jewls all + 4 to +6....how do we get his stuff back ..now his main server has random toons from other servers that didnt have anything or next to nothing...why did l2 remove my toons with all this stuff in there warewhouses..not to mention all the mats TONS that the dwarfs had...
Probably he had more than 7 toons if you count all NA servers toons he had. This falls under server merge rules about character's deletion.
As far as I remember they deleted all toons below 10 (or 20?) level that haven't been logged very long (like half a year or a year). Also they deleted toons according to date of creation. Here I forgot again, it was either "deleted the oldest toons" or vise versa.
You can write a petition from www.help.ncsoft.com and ask them to check what toons account had before merge and then they might be able to restore them.

Hey Cabbie.....yes it was my sons account i re activated....i to and my husband too had accounts if you must know or need to be so snotty about my question...on my son account i had a low grade dwarf we used for storage of all our high grade stuff so my son could use it at his pleasure and no my husbands and my account are not reactivated right now ..we can only afford one account atm....So Back Off Cabbie.....

if u have been inactive so long u didnt know there was a merge the odds are anything u had n lost isnt worth anywhere near as much as it was when u last played pick urself up dust down go again ^^
As pix pointed out, that gear is pretty much worthless now. I'd still try to get it back if you're going to return to the game, but it's not going to fetch you much on the Giran market. Just petition it and see if the GMs can help you.
PS- You're probably too late to get it fixed, but worth a try anyway
It's been many months since the server merge in October 2010. Since then, most everyone here on the forums has already reviewed their character lists on the new servers and has already dealt with character restorations if any were necessary. Even so, this post is a heads-up to everyone:
The data of characters that were deleted during the server merge has been kept in our archives all this time, but it will soon be time to purge that data. As such, we are announcing that March 18, 2011 is the deadline for any remaining character restoration requests. If you have a character that was deleted in the server merge and you want it restored, read the full details and instructions in the Latest News (http://www.lineage2.com/news/news.html#a017550).
On March 10, a short newsletter will go out to both active and inactive accounts about this as well, mainly so that any players that haven't been around since before the merge will be notified before the character restoration deadline occurs.

how many characters from other servers were on the same account?
did anyone have access to the acocunt besides yourself?
or potentially have a means of getting that account info(like a trusted friend who has access to another game with the same account info...
(this can happen)
in either case i suppose you do need to petition, and they can log back the ip to see if anyone else had been on the account...
or else they have stated that the characters which were deleted are nolonger held in database...
therefore if it was deleted with the merger... it is lost.
this same thing happened to my account. I reactivated a couple of months ago to find all the toons that should have been there missing. I did file an incident with NC support, and as of this last weekend, I have them all back.

btw, any toons with identical names will get numbers added to the end of that name and you will have the option to rename them the first time you take them for a drive.

why so jerk?
He is not being a jerk he is just explaining the "ATTENTION" post that was made, why do the girls have to look for attention so often, letters in 1 st post could have been same as any other. And it is hard to read support section? You can see on web site when you access the master account/in game account and use the brain to calculate who to contact before raging on Forum "omg i lost 5k stem"...
