No Newsletter?

Ok I double check made sure I had my account to send newsletters last night it was.

Today got nothing in my mailbox or in the spam box never received it.

What is up I get it for the other ncsoft products Aion and City of Heros but no L2?

Newsletters are meant to motivate people to check what's new with game when they don't play or rarely check forum.
You're on forum 24/7. You don't need newsletter, you can get all info here or on www.lineage2.com.

The newsletter contains pics of the years of L2 and some of us collect things like this, I still want to know why I am not receiving them.

Write petition to support team, why Sace should answer all questions all the time? She doesn't have access to your account to check it, all you can is write a petition and pm her petition number so she could assist you with your problem by asking support team to review it more carefully.
Never understood that useless crying on forums. Nobody from support team reads all these posts anyway. Why bother?

i only got my newsletter after i used a timecard. are you certain that your email reg'd to your account was been verified?

If you did not receive a Lineage II anniversary newsletter yesterday, and you're sure you were opted in to receive newsletters, please PM me with the following information:


Your email address-- the one listed on your NCsoft master account profile.
Have you done the 'verify email' address process? (If you have, it will say (Verified) next to your email address on your account profile.)
Roughly when did you opt in for newsletters? If you ever unchecked and re-checked the newsletters box, when was the last time you checked it to yes?
What, if any, is the last Lineage II newsletter you have received?
Is your Lineage II account active or inactive (Playable / Not Playable status)?
Have you received newsletters from other NCsoft games? If so, roughly when was the last one received?

Thank you for providing this info. If there is some kind of bug preventing some players from getting the newsletter, this info will help us test and determine what it is. :)

I haven't got any newsletters from the other NCSoft games, but I received three copies of this month's L2 newsletter for some reason.

I'm not sure that newsletters will be sent out again to those that haven't received them. The info that you and some other players have sent in is being looked at, and so far there's been a different reason for each person that didn't get one (so it's not a confirmed 'bug' yet).

I did post links to the newsletter we sent out, so if you like you can view it and save the image or bookmark, as you like.

I recived it. Its cool, not only for design and pictures. Im forgetting to read main site, but im reading mail every day..
Thx NC for free reactivation, probably I will return to game. PVP with my old friends again is awesome. Time is running, i leaved & now returning but theyre still playing :)
