I wouldn't say about "using his tongue". That's more about the basics of jood judgement and common sense. If you have already been banned for bad tongue and know that you can be banned again, why won't you give up the clan leadership, especially when you aren't the first leader of the clan?

Nope, at least not on his toon. And his relations with those catacomb farmers he was sitting near in the cata hall remain a mystery, but obviously NCsoft didn't consider them ban-worthy (although most of players, including most of players in top clans, did).

He wasnt banned for botting so no he didnt get his acct back.. but tbh other than the jewels on the acct.. what would it really be worth? back when he got banned lvl 79 was like the highest level on the server other than like 3-4 lvl 80 players... but who really cares about a 79 AW now a days .. it had what... a drac set and a angel slayer for weapons...... This past week we lvld an acct for 78 to 85 and made 2 subs for it...
So no he didnt get unbanned but who cares if he did or didnt at this point.

You are an odd duck Smittie....somewhere i saw u mention you dont keep track of your own clannies, that you dont even recognize the names of your current/former clanmates, unless they talk to you in vent, ....but i dont think i have ever directly spoken to you in vent....but you are very aware of what my main is ...my alts....my alts' alts....
To correct you (as i know you hate to be corrected because the possibility of being wrong drives you insane)....i do not have a sws alt....i do however have an archer 'alt' that has a sws sub...as well 2 other subs.....since you seem so concerned. FYI the only siege we met on that i can think of was one where i was on my BD 'main' so wrong again. Think back and you may recall bragging that you managed to mana drain me...for all the good it did considering it certainly didn't make a dent in my mp....dances went up 5 seconds later ^^
AS for the perma ban thing....ya...those 20 toons were perma banned as well...for botting...UNTIL the GMs changed protocol...so in essence by your definition NO ONE is ever perma banned because things could/will change without notice. Was Frankee perma-banned.....a logical thinking sane human being presented with the facts as they have been presented here would say yes.....but smittie.....we all know you don't fall under that category.

First pic slannitos put up was where me {Reaper} and someone else went up to baium where elishka and bladenknight were with group camping boss, I say hello- Elishka says hey then pk's because of the fact Abyss was invited into the makeing of Oblivion/Genesiz and Bnk was left out and Flint just didnt want them in clan. I say in vent Bnk with Fs massing in Toi Frankee says hold on were comeing to get you 2 up and was mass pvp from 10-13 floor until you see everyone there in that pic. Good stuff Pic fails to show how much Fs was camped on the floors before 13 when frankee tried comeing with small group only to regroup and bring everyone.
You can blame the wifey and I... We were all playing Rift together. Finally gave up and returned to the only game we've ever played that has staying power and doesn't look like it it was drawn with crayons.
I think we've convinced Vivesection to return as soon as she gets herself and her husband new laptops as well.

Ald and RedF are in my alt clan for now, till they are a bit higher level to join a regular clan. Frank is hanging out with me/jimmy/reap, etc. Slann is on and off for now. I saw moon on once and had a short convo with him but don't know if he will be trully back.
