Hum, not bad, much better than I expected. I only had one try, 2 bsoes and those collector rewards, which are not bad, btw... I suppose this is the reason for which milk sales arent going so good these days.

Me being a noob (Broke) - I took the route of selling my first letters I got last night.. Tonight Im going to farm and try one turn in.
I don't think the letters will selling for as high tonight.. after the initial rush.
Depends on letters. If you have a II, C, S, they will not sell bad, I saw buy shops for 3 mil. However, I think it may be worth it to turn in, after anakim sealbook i decided this time wont be selling those.

Same, they shouldve added rewards like from watermelon event.
got 4x NCSOFT yesterday, and i ended up with 7 of the buff things, 2 BSOE and 11 BREZ. however i havent gotten any of the rare letters since about this time yesterday. seems like the drop rate has been effed hard. or some crazy korean random junk. if that is the case, i fully expect ten rare letters to make up for all this time i have gotten the junk letters only. (30+ N, at least 10+ everything else)
i wish they had more events. it give incentive to hunt and makes it much more exciting.
im not making money like i was during the treasure chest event though... that was made me enough money to finish putting together my S80 gear (almost at least)

For the drops, i got 7 words yesterday evening and today morning (roughly a day worth of about 6 hours +) I didnt turn in, but a clannie which plays same time like me about, had 7 or so and got vesper shoes and some att crystal, i forgot which.
In the morning we were 1 hour in GC and got 1(one) letter. In total !
I will only go to vos in the morning now, there drop rate is still decent, got 2 II at least.

still im think they did a misstake, well on event page stand first you get 1 of the 6 + gift, but to fix this or repair no time so they say its random^^ and changed the discription... very sadddddddddd
It is apparent to me some of you are not aware that you don’t have to do this event. You can choose not to chase the carat at the end of the stick. If all the free stuff isn’t good enough for you spoiled, entitled brats just delete the letters. Go out and xp and avoid any contact with Angel Cat. Better yet, send me all those letters to me and I will worry about what terrible things the event has to offer.
Each event there are those that cry about the quality of free stuff falling from the sky, you fail to understand the basic concept. If you don’t have lots of worthless prizes the good stuff will have no worth. If you gave out grand prizes to everyone it quickly becomes not so grand.
A Consolation is something of little value, when one fails to get something of higher value they were seeking, such as a consolation prize.
Sad that some in this community beg for events, then complain throughout the event and then complain we need another one the day after one has ended.
wednesday & friday, 8 words, and a whole fat 2 brez and the lowest reward
8 hours + huntin saturday and not even enough for 1 word, nice drop rate there

From numbers posted above (by players that turned in lots of sets) it seems to me that at least 60+ tries are needed to get you a vesper and 40+ are not enough.
In around 30 turn ins I got 1 fire crystal and vesper boots so far, plus the usual soe's, gift buffs, heal pots lol but it's better than I expected :D my luck sux in this game usually :p

When I was in catas yesterday (mobs x4), letter drop was horrible. On saturday, when TW was on I went to blazing swamps (mobs x1), in 2 hours I got 5 lineage 2 and 3 nc soft. Dunno if they dropping better from mobs x1 or korean random :)

Normally catas are terrible for any kind of event that has stuff dropping from mobs. Otherwise I would never leave them :)
I delivered over 30 words... and after getting desperate for only getting a few BREZ/BSOE.. I spent yesterday 20kk trying to get something useful. No luck at all. Oh well.. remaining letters on shop.

cant find one on market and the other vesper weapons are sold from 100kk up to 350kk. :eek:
Vesper singer - 7050 s cry x 12,500k (sold in npc) = 88,125,000 clean adena from crystalize :P
you can turn s cry into shots etc etc...
or just sit weeks, months and try to sell it for 100 mil :P but gl then :D

i wouldnt keep them cus im pretty sure next letter event if theres gonna be 1 has different quest items as in other ID for quest items ur quest items ID wont match and they wont take it

and I´ll not buy any letter, I really hate this event, I spend adena on most of my tries [+time] and now I need to sell everthing to make adena, cos I have only 5m on bag now.
ppl who buy letters S for 1m/1.7m and Letter II=1.7/2.5 from the beginig got beatifull adena profite now.
Big problem with this event was letters were droping at night and i could only farm them for 3-4 days i didnt have to go to work,also server lags and downtimes didnt help.
Got some brez/bsoe/1 wind cry/1 sa 15 and some shiny stuff.Since the drop rate of other things was varnished during the event,i dont call them profit.
The fun part was only the 7th event stuff,vit pots for my buffer and funny agathions.

I understand that those who got a vesper weapon (sometimes by giving back less words than that) may be happy, but I'm disappointed. The decrease of the drop rate during the day, the fact that you need to solo, the rewards I got... all in all it wasn't great. I think I'm going to sell it all and buy myself something I prefer. It's far from the worst event, but it's really not the best.
It's a pity, but I didn't spend too much time farming letters so it's better than nothing.
But really for the next time, don't decrease the drop rate during the day, especially during the week-end. Seriously, that's rude.
gg was bored logged before 5 min in buyed for 4kk 4 II from market and the second try gived me Baium ring lol now i can go back to work and make it happy^^
i put complete around 50 +- trys in for both word, so best reward now baium ring, blue 16, Vesper Gaiters and a lot normal stuff
