This evening, I spoke to a manager in the account support for over an hour on the phone (JOHN) from Northern Ireland to America. I spoke to him with reference to DarknessReborn a large community of people trying to have fun in the game being kicked from their own clan.
He promised me he would personally speak to the game support 'TODAY' (GM WILL SUPPORT LEAD) and have him invite me to a GM room in game 'TODAY' to discuss and try to get a reasonable resolution for the whole DarknessReborn community, working off the precedence of several other clan takeovers which NC have reversed.
Even at the buffs in Fantasy Island I attempted to get the attention of Sace and Cryo ( I believe it was) to make sure this promise was kept. Sace decided that it be more fun to mock me and do nothing, the same with the other GM.
Our clan has paid thousands of dollars in account fees over the last few years, the guy who has joined in free activation by guess, somehow taken over our clan..... nothing at all. Yet Sace and co believe it is legitmate to mock me and support this scum bag when in reality the situation is easy to comprehend. I have always defended you NC and your people and what is the thanks I get? You think its funny? Sace and co? Or will you actually get the head down and do something to help us?
P.s. GM Chris responded to my petition in game tonight that I had been given the resolution already by mail despite that fact your account support manager JOHN had promised me TODAY that he would get a GM to speak with me real time in game to try to seak a resolution today.
I hope upon hope to see better from NC Soft members of staff tomorrow. Because I wont stop escalating this until I see some reasonable action. Today simply put was a disgrace, proving to those who do regularly diss you, that they are completely right. I believe you will right this on Friday and I am exceptionally happy to work with you on this if you will have the reasonable nature to even speak to me directly, its not a lot to ask. I am speaking on behalf of many many players, sensible action and communication - Lets see how we do tomorrow compared to today.
Was your account hacked or something? because unless you as a clan leader transfer leadership to someone it cannot be transferred. SO if you transferred the leadership then you only have yourself to blame.
Now if you were hacked and someone transferred leadership as part of the **** I can understand this but FYI speaking from a hacked clan leader all the mats in the clan wh are gone forever.

TicTuu, this is Timestopper from Underworld. We were in an ally together for quite awhile so I have some understanding how your leadership works. Would you be willing to post exactly what happened so that it may stop this from happening to others in the future? I hope everything gets resolved for you guys.
Whatever happen tictuu dont hold ur breath nothing will happen just get over it and try make new clan/find new home..if u dont want answers/comments and dont bother give informations just dont bother post here u will not hurt nc feeling how much u post try bbc/times smthing more global anyway :p

I was at Fantasy Island once last night. For the brief time I was there the shout chat was flooded by two ppl.
One was you being rude to Sace. The other one Mardonius shouting something about me. I can only guess he is an avid fan boi and was merely shouting his love for me, but I really didnt pay enough attention to actually check what he was shouting.
So, official forum instead of PM's to NCsoft representatives. Sounds to me like you wanna get the community involved.
So, did you get hacked? Or how exactly did you lose a clan? Did someone tamper with the server?
Alot of other ppl with clans dont wanna lose theirs either, so any tips on how to avoid it? I have a lvl 6 alt clan myself, that I'd rather not lose.
From what i heard the clan leaders account got recalled and the original owner of the account decided to kick everyone from clan. It is not your clan anymore I think its time you move on.

It's a big rumor mill, I have heard many different stories about what happened. The one that is most logical is: Clan leader moved leadership at some point over to a buff box for what ever reasion. This box had been shared for a while within the clan, and not sure if the box login info was every changed as some of these ppl left the clan. Someone with the box info logged into it and kicked everyone from the clan....That's just one of the rumors.

Cracks me up when people post "for NC Soft Only" post in the forums, demanding response... from staff only. Then they get all indigent when the community comes into play as we always do.
Your clan is reaping the benefits of your leadership and their decisions. Account sharing (http://boards.lineage2.com/showpost.php?p=3042876&postcount=1)can and most often will end with someone sad. In your case many paid the price of a few breaking the rules. IMHO
As tends to happen in these types of threads, many factual details have been left out of the story. Those that have followed my posts in the past know that I will stick up for Lineage II staff members when they are being unfairly portrayed. That is the case here. I've spoken with John, the GM team, Sace, Cryo, and reviewed the chat logs from yesterday. They have all acted gracefully and appropriately.
The clan leader in this situation knows what happened, and while we are sympathetic and understand the difficulties this has caused the clan, we cannot intervene in this instance. We have not intervened in any situation similar to this in the past. Our entire team discussed it and the decision that was made is final. Again, to the members of the clan, I am sorry for what you are going through, but I hope you will continue with the new clan you have created and build to become stronger.
Those that are worried about a similar situation happening to their own clan should know this was not the result of a **** or a bug.
I will quote the famed GMSpam from many years ago: "If you are a clan leader: Do not bot. Do not share your account. Do not access someone else's account. Ever. Save your clan members the heart ache."
