yeah but for a company that is open 24/7 and for ppl that are paying for 365days , it will be nice at least to have "safe department" for cases like this :P

Will NCsfot fix this bug and roll back points to the REAL end of month and Olympiad period in 30 of April?
This bug should be fixed - some heroes lost their hero-status because of this bug (their opponents - made overfeed in 1st of May).
No wonder oly was so crowded last night. lolz

Many heroes got more tokens, and used it. They could also have sold items they got. What will happen so ? :)

/olympiadstat shows now, that I have presently 0 wins, 0 defeats and 10 points.
It shouldn't be rolled back since all chars had the same opportunity to do the same amount of matchs. Save the team some work and just leave it how it is

I think u don't know what is the "olympiad management" in top-clans and clan-team-work.
According to your logic - Olympiad periods should never finish until ALL characters on server finish their amount of matches. Why not? :D "All chars have the same opportunity" Let them finish matches! :DDD
Olympiad system is designed to be competitive with limited amount of matches and with limited time to do these matches. Thats why top-clans hardly organize their "olympiad management system" to be better at Olympiad than enemies.
Bug with Olympiad period's time like this one - ruins the management, ruins the work of clans, gives the enemy more benefits, etc...
If somebody haven't managed to finish all their fights on time - this is only his/his clan problems. They shouldn't get Olympiad benefits due to bug.
Sooooooooooo maany times I have had a valid complain about something. And GM response to this is the same. This is a pvp game and we won't interfere with the game play. Don't complain that you didn't get something. We didn't get any extra points or extra matches. Its not like they extended feb a few extra days to amake it fair.
It is what it is. Don't cry cuz you didn't farm right or didn't get hero cuz of lack of participation . It went 31 days, who cares. Imagine if seiges went for an extra 30 min? Would you cry about that too? Probably not. Youu would keep doing the seige and have fun.
For what they roll back if points were claimed and spent I would assume nc has to let them keep it, don't. Causse issues for your mistake nc. Its like what u do for scamed gear. From incidents I haved seen, the person is told sorry good luck next time and have a nice day. Just do the same thing here .
Also does this mean all the points farmed yest are added to this months points? Or you adding 1 day this month too? What is your plan if you want go take back a day what's ur compensation for those that did oly on the 1st?

April has come and gone. Who cares if it had a extra day by NCWest standards. If you really want to complain then complain to the Koreans. And yes Sace I see you lurking quietly deleting.

Sace if you guys are really going to open this can of worms, please compensate everyone who used consumable items/talismans to win matches that day.
I know for a fact that if there was no expectation of those matches counting people would not have wasted their items.
Does GM want to set oly results according players points @ 00:00 01/05/11? I mean ppl who make fights 01/05/11 like it was 31/04/11 change list of ppl for 30k/55k/75k/... tokens.
So I expect NC make work for all players but not for 1-2 who qq a lot to them. I understand that it's easy to create Baium ring and give it to single player to stop his cry, but do it's fair for whole server?
Great job catering to only 1 persons specific needs on getting hero. But now u start don't stop. You need to recalculate every person that did oly and the tokens they have received. I think I would like back 1420 sbsps, 867 pet soul shots, 245 blessed pet shots back.for the day of oly that was un counted acording to you.
Last time I check this game is 24/7 . I don't know how this went on for a weekend when everyone knew it was messed up except the gms... is no gm working the weekends when poplatuions are the highest on the server?
Surely all they need to do is switch hero status to who should have earned it had the server not bugged out?. Taking advantage of that extra day should have been considered a risk anyway imo - major server-side bug + taking advantage of it = don't expect things to go your way.
Not everyone was aware of the issue, I for one didn't play on Sunday so had no clue!.

As many of you know, a system bug caused the April Olympiad to end one day later than it was supposed to. Because of this, two players unrightfully (although perhaps not consciously) claimed Hero status by competing on the extra day. We have removed their Hero status and assigned it to the two players that would have received it if there had been no bug.
Aside from GMs re-assigning Hero status to the two players mentioned above, no intervention will occur. Nothing is being rolled-back, no points, tokens or items are being taken away from players. :) We are actively investigating the cause of this bug, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this extra Olympiad day.
