Does Wild Magic buff increase critical rate of Mana Burn?

Hello there!

I have a question about Wild Magic buff.
The skill description says increase magic critical rate of damage magic (or magic attack).

So this means WM certainly does not affect any healing spells.

How about Mana Burn?
Is it considered to be a damage magic or not?

Because Shield Deflect Magic does not reflect any MP damage caused by Mana Burn, so my guess is rather not a magic attack.

I did some tests, with and without WM, I got almost the same result.

So that means Mana Burn is not affected by WM. Am I correct?
If not, please enlighten me!

For healing spell it does affect them nowdays. It has been changed a few chronicles back so you can critical in healing and wild magic make you magic crit more!

I am also sure that you can do critical with mana burn yet i am not sure but i think that WM helps there also!

On what rate would be calculated the critics of Mana Burn then? While it may be considered as a debuff rather than an attack, it's certainly not a physical skill.
