zariche, akamanah, and hero weapons.
friends list, mail, and macro information.
clan information.
olympiad points, noblesse gate passes, hero status, and ssq information. (deposited seal stones must be withdrawn or they will be deleted.)
quest items/rewards that are in your regular inventory and can be traded or sold, such as red gem, spirit bead, blueprint: Tower of insolence, etc.
quest items that are related to hellbound or the entrance to hellbound.
unique name colors (such as yellow battle tournament winners).
wtf? are they serious? please anyone, tell me that they dont mean it serious....

Yup, they are serious. And even if you sell all your stuff that you cannot transfer, there is still the adena limit. Doing a server transfer means bringing a ton of alts just to transfer all the gear for your subclasses or any extra armor sets/weapons for your main. Which of course also means losing any cool weapon augmentations you might have.
Just one of the reasons server transfers are a no-no for many people.

You could know beforehand if you have checked at the same part of the official site that you did after transfer. NC didn't hide rules their rules; you assumed things and now you are complaining.

Some games ( warhammer ) doing free transfer in 2 hours after u apply u just restart ur client and is done.but that is no the point we r in ncsoft we read rules prices and we accept or not. Nobody force u to transfer you doi.g it for something better so just get over it and enjoy it :)
Im sure few weeks after ur transfer will forget em all and enjoy the uber chronos :p
If your char can use MA Robes, you can transfer 1.2b adena - much more than all your gear is worth. Sell your stuff and buy it back after transfer.
You can get Avadon and DC robe in Lux shop (DC is about 8m adena), Most of the weapons are easy to get back as well.
Just sell all ur spear items u still got just over a day.
Im sure u will enjoy chronos us long make right moves and dont join the first clan u meet :p

as said before by others try sell everything you can't take with you and what's left NPC it as it will get deleted so better get any adena you can get out of it before transfer.
also put your revita stuff in your inventory as it might transfer, leave nothing in your warehouse as all in there will be deleted.
Besides the money values.. that you can transfer:
- 1 pet
- Sometimes revita pops transfer
- Equipped gear
- Pig lollipops from Anniversary edition
Now a suggestion.. about the remaining stuff:
- Either NPC it and take the little money it will give you(better than nothing)
or
- Open a support ticket TODAY, to ask for a pause on the transfer.
or
- You could also try and not fulfil the prerequisites... look at the bold stuff:
A character must be Level 40 or higher and completed their second transfer quest(s) in order to transfer to a different server.
Only one character may be transferred per week.
Transferred characters may transfer again after a three-month waiting period.
Other account services (Character Name Change, Character Gender Change, etc.) cannot be used during the same week as a server transfer.
You must create a Level 1 character with the desired name on the desired destination server. This character must stay at Level 1 or the server transfer will fail.
The Level 1 character that is reserving your place and name on your desired server, and everything associated with it (items, Adena, etc.) will be deleted once the server transfer process is complete.
You must remove the character who will be transferring from his or her clan/alliances before you request a server transfer and until the transfer is complete.
Characters that have Hero status cannot transfer to another server until that character loses his or her Hero status.
Characters may not have any pending "Sent" mail with attached items in the system. If "Sent" mail is pending when the server transfer is processed, the transfer will fail and the serial code will be returned to the players NCsoft Master Account.

3rd thing is it wasnt easy to get all these items and now i have to sell it (which takes (GAME)time and money because time=money)....

The mix makes it more random(interesting).
And giran is pretty quiet too compared to sooner @teon.
If you like Naia ok u are maybe high level enough to have a party but
im just 64 and maybe i will start a new character again someday...
but if i have to do it on naia it would frustrate me to see a dead gludio or dion...
It makes no sense for me to play a MMO where im alone (till Lv70),
it would make more sense for me to play ps3 instead of L2 if i
want to solo or have an empty world which is full of KIs.

I can understand that you have a need to transfer your char because you play after 0:00 german time - that's when prime time begins on chronos. I guess I would do the same in your situation.
I also agree with you that the server transfer is expensive compared to the amount of things you can transfer. If you want to transfer permanently, you usually want to take more than one character - many ppl want at least an option to transfer all characters for less than 200€...
Before the merges, there had been a reason to prevent ppl from transferring items between servers. You could crash the market on a newer server by taking with you lots of items from an older server. Now with only Chronos and Naia left this shouldn't be a problem anymore - markets crashed after the merges and are now stabilized again (on a lower level).
But why do you always say you were put on Naia "without your approval"?
You were put on Naia because you have been playing on either Teon, Franz or Luna. Before the merges, Teon had about the same activity as Naia now, Luna and Franz combined didn't even come close. Also at least Teon was usually "sleeping" at the same time Naia does now and the other EU servers prime time activity was not much higher than Teon "sleep time" activity. If the merges did not happen you would now play on a server that had less activity than Naia has now.
You had (at one time in the past) chosen to play on an EU server.
After the merges we got free server transfers for several weeks so either you came back much later or you choose not to transfer at that time.
Basically the only thing NC forced on you, was putting lots of other players on the same server you had been playing before and change the name. Server schedules and gaming habits of the players stayed the same.
Your money will be transferred:
If your char can use MA Robes, you can transfer 1.2b adena - much more than all your gear is worth. Sell your stuff and buy it back after transfer.

Yust npc the gear you cant transfer and buy the gear back you realy need on chronos.
OP should be happy that there is such a service now .. we had to play many many years without any server transfer.
Maybe I'm missing something, but haven't these always been the rules with respect to server transfers? Without getting into any deep philosophical debate about whether you are what you own, let's just consider your options:
i. Give away everything above the alotted limit, accept the loss and move on.
ii. Make multiple toon transfers. (Pricey!)
iii. Take only what you can carry and leave the rest in a WH on another toon on your old server. (Hey, you never know if they'll collapse Chronos and Naia into 1 server. :p )
iv. Don't transfer. Start a completely new character from scratch on your chosen server and see if you can build your wealth again. (Yes! You! Can!!!)
v. Whine about server transfer rules in the forum as if THAT will change policy...but transfer anyway. (Which is probably what will happen, so....)

I would see you in my situation....
I every time meet peoples who start the game now on Naia and they enjoy here. the reason why naia population is low after 0:00 because peoples go to sleep tomorrow school and work. Chronos is a mixed server where plays Euro and American ppls so USA peoples mostly start play when Euro ppls stop play. this is why u see life after 0:00 too there.
If u see the russian servers u can see most of them has high traffic at high times, but they will become to "dead" (as you told) after 0:00 too.
The traffic of server really not important. I remember I played a short time elsewhere before I started play here there was about 100-150 players on the server and the full market was 20-25 members maximum.
I had lower level there as another players had, but I could enjoy the game really.
Some years ago when the Teon had Heavy traffic so as I know 4500-7000 players was on it I could enjoy too.
I think you have to wait the Goddess of Destruction than sure, that a lots of players will come.
At first I believed too, that where is the highest traffic, there is the best to play, but I did understand it isn't true.

They should do a WORLD server with players from every country....

this might have been mentioned before and if so I missed it but have you made a lvl1 char on Chronos to check the increase of ping that you will have being from Germany ? this will be noticeable.

on high lvl archers dont use mp :/ only for skills not to lvl

Unfortunately server transfers need to be like this to preserve the economy on each server.
Imagen you could buy up complete stock of Item A on one server and sell for double the price on the other.... many people would transfer with item A and crash the market.
Adena is the commodity you can transfer while causing minimal disruption to the economy.
The Adena cap is required to prevent Adena sellers moving money from server to server. As server A might have an Adena value of 500m for £50 whereas server B might have a value of 500m for £40. In this case it would be worth farming Adena on both servers and transferring the Adena in bulk to server A .
That said these rules do make server transfers impractical to many end users including myself :(

This is the way EVE Online does it - and it's awesome, yes... However, sadly, the server technology behind L2 can't handle more than 5000 on a server...
I mean, this game is not for the public sake, THEY provide it, THEY have a monopol, THEY do what they want... we know this from the beginning and they have even the right to do so. We all used this service when we saw our server dying and on our days we were allowed to transfer less adena.
We had to sell our subs armors/weap that were worthing,we had to sell our mats cheap in times that mats were worthing ,loose augmentations,had to leave adena because we couldnt carry with us but we didnt have other option(exept quiting game).The hardest was for players that had 3-4 accounts and had more than 1 toon per account they wanted to take with them,the ammount of money to transfer then was too much.
This server limitation has a point,it prevents a full clan to change server carrying all wh items and augmentations leaving a side the original server's clans.Also prevents botters/farmers(we had lots)to farm adena/items in a low server and then transfer and sell them in mass quantitys in a top server.Keeps everyone in his ''own field'' sort of.
Ofc,farmers were selling their items in any server they had them and single players were buying and transfering them, i saw this working only for the big pvp clans that left their server to take over a strong server,without sucess.
Since only 2 servers left,i think this service should be re-worked.At least double the adena ammount on account,transfer what the toon is wearing +1 more set of gear.

They abuse their power to suck your money bag, i have paid 30EUR and they are not able to transfer all of my warehouse/inventory items? WTF?!
i wish i just had never started on stupid "NAIA"....they just put me on this server without my approval......honestly what are they thinking WHO THEY ARE?
The game is nice, no question, but the NC Soft idiots ruin it for me -.-
Its enough now i will delete all my character now and i will do a video about this
all my stuff and levels and now i should leave everything behind? Lol?
I realy wish i've know all that much earlier....honestly i had never startet with this game....
I will not go on,on naia because this server sux, noone online...its dead and boring i dont waste my money for "naia", the most boring server ever...
