i have only read that you can buy low S in NPC stores and can affix a random SA for cheap, but nothing about mammon exchanging items.
i do wonder about Unidentified items; whether they are the replacement for Common Item teir, or supplemental to it, also if you get these by drop or by craft or by buying from NPC...
