Slight correction .. For some of us, we just loged in, moved away from a spot, headed to Nevit's Herald for the Blessing and then .. Whoooaaa ..
So no Nevit's Blessing ... I hope that NPC will still be there after servers are up ..
Including me .. But tbh, I think that there is no reason to .. We lost the buff .. Noone is going to manually spawn the NPC again... Best bet to wait till Antharas killed again ..

But, what about the main issue which is some ppl not getting the 3 hr Nevit's ? NPC is supposed to stay on for 3 hours after Antharas slayed. Lot's of people
a) planning to get the buff and XP or
b) get the buff, log out and XP tomorow
We were just finishing normal activities and scheduling / restocking for tomorow .. And then .. Server down -> NPC disappears 2 hours earlier than normal.

Antharas got killed a few minutes before server crash... after server crash NEVIT HERALD didnt spawn.. and we all left without our 3 hour nevit buff... bring back him NOW!!!! its 1:0am here.. I have university in 8:40am.. but I am still w8ing nevit in town!!!... bring him ASAP!!!!!

Come on ppl, just answer if NPC will spawn or not (like we all suspect). No big deal, just tell us to go sleep and not wait for something (spectacular) to happen.
We will loose the buff anyway, no reason to loose our sleep also if there is no intention of bringing the NPC back.
What makes most ppl angry is not the fact that NPC is gone but the lack of any information about what happens next.
I think most of the ppl that actually killed the Land dragon, already got their buff. No need to bring it back for the leechers imo.

When Antharas or Valakas are defeated, Nevit’s Herald appears in all towns and remains for 3 hours.
Anything not working in game the way it is intended is a bug. Your conclusions about leeching or whatever are irrelevant.
There are some ppl that actually use their brain and do not rush in towns the second that NPC spawns to take tha buff and then fooling around.
They preffer to burn all their current vitality / nevit's, go to town, get shots, revita / cookies / cakes, get CH buffs / milk, their buffers to the XP loc etc, etc before rushing to NPC ..

I think you are overestimating the importance of vitality a bit.

Does not have nothing to do with my estimations, it's already estimated. It costs at least (not all tries produce a 3 hours Hourglass) 5 million adena for any level 80+ toon to get the same effect :p
If you take into consideration that you can take buff on multiple chars and on all of them the buff is for 3 hours and you don't loose it if you die ..
Or that you take the buff, play for almost 3 hours and then take the buff again ..
That would raise the estimation to the point of spending at least 10 million adena less for the same effect ..
just log in game.. and come give everyone nevit buff in town!!!!!
we dont have 1 year to w8 for nevit herald issue fix as u did with TW badges..
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to give everyone on the server this buff, as we would need to do to be fair.
Our plan is to manually summon the NPC in main all towns for a set time and manually remove it after 3 hours. We need a little time to make sure we do it properly, so please hold on for just a little bit.
As we do not have the exact location for where the NPC should be in every town, we are going to summon it near the Gatekeeper.
