Anyone or just me experiencing a huge lag on Chornus? Its like daily playing with lag and before wasnt like this. Some ppl cant even move.

I usually find that if i get "stuck" (especially in town), use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move initially, then it's all ok.

This is usually the case if you are logging back in after a disconnection too.

Its normal. Im talking about, for example, exping in GC and u cant move, or go stakato and every 3 sec u freeze.

I have recently had a 5-second freeze every time I switched my weapons. I restarted the game, and it was gone. Still weird, though.

some areas separately are very very laggy


ever since the last maintence i feel like i am watchin a slide show sometimes, especially in some leveling areas where i normally dont lag at all


Also can someone plz address the issue of disconnecting when using a Party Return, return, bsoe or a regular SOE from Lair of Antharas? It only happens there and nowhere else. Also i am not the only one to experience this

On May, 23th: huge lag spikes every few minutes.

I tracerouted Chronos and saw this: 73% packet loss in Dallas (and you can only guess what was going on at the next hops between Dallas and NCsoft's servers).

Yesterday in GC we gave u´p to play becouse everybody was disconecting or forzing all the time. Dont disconect after soe from Giant Cave is so rare now a days. And its not only with me looks like. NCSOFT need to fix this thing becouse is crashing the player experience.

Rly i wonder what NC does with the monthly fee we pay?

They use the monthly fee to pay for the 14,400 baud dialup modem line that the servers are on!

have to agree with caramal here. Battleping really is worth the $4 a month it costs to never have lag.

you guys should try battleping. Its an app you download that lowers ur PING for all things, internet, Games, l2. im pretty sure is legal 2. i think it costs a small fee every month tho.

I think Sace said it is A OK to use battleping, but they might wanna SEARCH and find that post themselves.

5 ping to naia while i live in the US. is a pretty big solution.

I think it is as easy as this: NCSoft fix it or lose even more paying customers than they do anyways every day now. L2 is not the only MMO in world, though one of the better ones.
Sad to see that after all those years NCSoft still does not care about the players and their issues. Really sad.

I give up also today, a warlord can't play with this lag, i loose more exp than i gain...

Try ranting on forums and write petition. Worked for me. No third party tools required. Just some forum post got deleted and I got infraction - whatever that is, probably some *****meter for community watchmen.
