20 minutes before it went down, pets stopped eating and became to starve.

Now the server is up again, and it seems it's been rolled back by 20 minutes.
I'm missing lots of drops I've farmed during that period. :(

Edit: after restart, the pet keeps starving!

Another update: I've just picked up a wind stone, but after soeing to village, I can't see it in inventory anymore.

I've lost an hour of my playtime, which equals to 3-5 million of adena.

Expecting to see more vitality buffs given to random people at random times "in compensation".

But I don't need **** vitality or xp or whatever, just give me back my adena and items, thx in advance.

Looks like chronos has too many chars logged on, at times is over 2500, so what do you expect ?

It's not even over 9000

20 minute rollback of xp drops and transactions is scary. The server came up for a minute after the second down but it's down again... :( Why does this seem to happen on Ren's 2 days off work lol :p

GM Buffs and vit don't help when there are no or few announcements saying where and how long and they are usually only for 10 minutes so don't bother it's just annoying.

Is there a possibility of hiring some people that actually know what they are doing? (including web site people who can actually update the L2 site?)

There, gripes registered, QQ's done I feel better :p

Maybe knowing how the "interwebs" work would be a better start.

I am sorry for you ppl. From what it looks, repeated crashes with rollbacks, seems that there are some issues with writing on the disks. Maybe the DB is read-only for some reason, logs cant be written, stuff like that. Arent disks full, by some chance ? Gee, it is getting worse every day, but they are still preocupied to hide it instead of fixing it.

A rollback is an automated procedure to avoid any problem with the database, there are no link about the disks (and I laughed a lot)

Yes, but why there are problems with the database ? Besides, when naia crashes we dont have rollbacks. Not 5 min, not 1 min, not to mention 20.
I happen to see a lot of servers and problems with different applications. I have seen situations when records couldnt be updated, logs not written, problems with wrong permissions and also full disks.
