Im slightly confused on the whole awakening process....

atm im an 85 100% ET (Eva Templar) /80/80/80

When i awaken I will share all skills with the other 3 tanks.... or do we keep pre awakening skills. Ie. will i have gimped party tol and DA crusher skill...

Also with this token item... i assume we can only change class not race? as elfs look hella **** interms of there passives (esp considering how easy it is to cap crit/attack speed)

You will use your pre-awakening skills to buy the new ones.

Most of the new skills you learn will "absorb" some older skills. Right now we don't know what will be replaced and at what level.

There are two general types of skills: buffs and attack/debuff skills. Preawakened skills of the first type I think will have no problem working. The second type may of skills may do less damage/have less probability to land on awakened characters. Nothing is certain yet.

No, subclasses will not be deleted. As far as we know right now, one of your three subclasses can be chosen (with some restrictions as to what combinations are possible, depending on you main class) which then gets "unlocked" and can also be lvld up to lvl 99, same as the main class. The other two subclasses will remain exactly as they are right now (i.e. kinda useless except for special stuff like raids, when new content is lvl 90+ and these two subclasses are stuck at lvl 80).

well, half true.

they made it so your Awakened Subclass cant be awakened same as main class. so if you are awakened summoner main, cant have awakened summoner sub. wariors cant have warrior etc etc

which would make it pretty silly to have a similar type awakened sub.

so while NC wont be outright deleting your sub, your options will be pretty slim for say a stacked rogue (with 2 rogue sub)

true, however the point for warriors is a bit more fuzzy. as a Glad, you can have a GK sub, no? both warrior archetype. as an EE, you can have Prophet sub, no?

which i think thats why they made such a distinction in the original notes, where warriors were highlighted. the lines get a bit more distinct and hardened when you awaken; some say EE is Healer type, others say enchanter, but it will concretely one way or the other in GoD, and tbh i cba to look it up just now.

however i am fairly certain as a summoner you can sub whatever you want for 1st sub, and then sub summoner for 2nd or 3rd sub as long as racials allow it.

did i say EE was a bad healer? did i say EE is an enchanter? no, i said i'm on the fence. i know people who dont use EE for healer, only mana battery. i've been in groups where EE insisted she was main healer even when bishop was with us, no ill effects suffered.

a tyrant is one of several PVE DD, listed under warrior. the magnificent hoity toity pvp groups dont use GK's except in raids, probably for good reason that i really dont care to know cause i'm not part of those groups.

why, do you call them something else? perhaps summoner since they can call on a mighty great fenrir? perhaps they too fall under enchanter since they buff themselves?

Tell me about it. What about orcs and dwarfs that can awaken as tanks and keep their race stats. How the hell can elf tanks compete with that in oly,especially since every tank will have the same skills now?

When I farm SoA on dagger I use a Cardi as buffer...does that make Cardis Enchanters then? lol.
EEs are better healers and a worse buffers than SEs so I dont see the point of your argumentation :x
