it says that ppl will go 83 in h5 when god comes they will instantly go 85 is that true?

Actually, you never know.. I think everything is possible with GoD. L2 never had such content update.

I heard theres a video where a Hero 1 shots Valakas, can you do that?? No.

Even if you change your class/subclass to something completely different, you'll keep your current levels and %%s.

xp requierements for each level will have changed, but players' levels remain untouched as it has been before (when Hi5 came out, did you get instantly leveled because they decreased xp requirements? of course no)
