Hi, for the last few weeks i've been experiencing disconnections, randomly, on both of my computers.
My internet connection is completely unneffected when this happens - it's only a disconnection to l2.
I noticed that when this happens, it happens not only to me, but to many others.
After some investigating i found out that all the people who are getting this disconnection, at the same time as me, are on a UK Broadband ISP
It does not seem to effect cable users or fiber-optic broadband users, but seemingly every UK player who get's their broadband service through a phone line.
I am posting today because today in particular it has been terribly bad! I've experienced about 20 disconnections today and it hasn't effected just my gameplay, but also all of those people that I've partied with.
It's been happening for weeks, but maybe once per day. Today has just been totally ridiculous. Every disconnection requires a full computer restart before the l2client will allow me access back onto one of the servers. Please NCsoft, As this disconnection problem only effects l2 and no other service I can only assume that this UK-wide disconnection is due to a fault at your end. Please investigate and fix :)

+1 to this had lots of DCs today and i have uk bordband through a phone line too. who is your isp im with BT?
ok, I've spoken with a few people and it turns out that everybody (that i've asked) who is getting disconnected is on a BT broadband service through a landline
i spoke with somebody on talktalk who hasn't experienced anything like what we've been going through.
I say it's a UK problem because I'm in England and a friend is in Scotland and we both dc at the same time, but now it looks like it might possibly be a UK + BT problem
Looking for more confirmation of people with Broadband through a landline in UK, please post your ISP (BT, talktalk, Tiscali etc) and yes or no to ; Are you experiencing the same problems?
iv talked with 2 ppl that havent had it and there on virgin cable so looks like your theory if right. (3 more DCs since my last post im out for the night)
