We'd like to get an idea of how many Lineage II players are planning to attend PAX this year. Depending on how the numbers look, we may be able to host a panel discussion about Goddess of Destruction! Please note that this is not 100% certain yet, but your response to this poll will help us decide what to do. :)
If we do have a Goddess of Destruction panel, we expect to be discussing the game update in general, having questions-and-answers exchanges with players in the audience, a projected demonstration of gameplay and the awakening process, and possibly some Korean developer interaction! This panel would be inside the PAX convention, so a ticket to PAX would be required! It's true. All of our badges are sold out. We will have no more badges available for sale at the door. There will be no "oh hey look we found more badges in the couch" sale in August. They are all gone.
Anyway, shouldn't you concentrate on bringing more new NA players instead? You kinda lack them.
Make sure readers know, if they have to or not have to buy tickets to PAX. Since the Fan Event in Boston this past March did not have anything to do with PAX & we all got charged for attending things we didn't have to, just for the NC Live fan event. Juss sayin' - I was one of the suckers suckered into buying tickets for PAX...butthurt? YES! :mad:(>.<):mad: But I got to hang out with Moxie, so it made up for it :rolleyes:(^.^):rolleyes:

It's our biggest fair of Manga games and Star wars , really would like to see u here or at least come to a comic-con in england or France !:o

because i missed the last one in boston, although i was able to drop in for the meet and greet.
however... i do intent to do the full pax experience in the future.

however, if cab fair is provided from Boston to Seattle, i might reconsider.
Anyway, I told you Sace, maybe if can't go too many players to the next PAX from the playerbase, NCwest have to go and take the Goddess of Destruction to the PAX by this way you will can get new players too, who maybe until, that they see the GD on PAX didn't play or know the Lineage 2, but there they will start like it and buy it.
To the NCsoft the Lineage 2 is a product, what you have to sell, to sell a product and to sell many product nowadays the most important thing the marketing and promotion.
Until the NCsoft don't turn time and money to promote the game again at USA and EU until thanks to Pay to Pay payment system won't come so many players to buy the game as many would come if they would see the L2 promotion video, pictures, articles in the TV, Radio, Magazines or on the gamer festivals like the PAX.

But even if this poll would show a low number, shouldent you do your best to get a Goddess of Destruction panel anyway so other people might notice that Lineage2 exists?

Yes, we will likely do our best to have a GD panel regardless of how many existing L2 players are there. However, L2 players that are there could make more a longer Q&A session, as they would have important questions about the game. This poll was just to get an idea of the number, and it has done exactly that (and the number wasn't far off from what I expected, either, as I know many players are in EU or cannot travel for this event). Anyways, the poll will close tomorrow, and thank you for your input.
