Are the Drops for mobs/Raids reduced in High 5?

I been noticing this since I have been doing more and more epics. Last 6 weeks I yet to see a frintezza necklace drop one time or one zaken earring drop.

Talking to my clannies they are getting less overall drops then they did in Freya.

Is this intended or some kind of bug?

I've got a Frint necklace from a raid last week. "It's working as intended."
Zaken has a low rate. Kill it faster to have more drops.

I get 4-6 stone drops per hour at DV solo area. Seems like mob drops are fine to me.
